I bought a pair of white gold diamond hoops from Lukfook Jewelry, I love it so much because it is stylish and I received a lot good feedback from my friends. The store staffs are helpful and patient. I will definitely come back to buy more jewelry in future.

I recently visited Luk Fook in preparation for my upcoming tea ceremony for my wedding. I had the pleasure of selecting my own gold bangles, and Luk Fook had exactly what I was looking for with their exquisite floral designs. The staff was incredibly helpful, particularly the lady who assisted me. She patiently guided me through their selection, and I ultimately found two stunning floral-themed bangles that are perfect for special occasions. While I'm not entirely sure about the deal I got, I firmly believe that gold is always a valuable investment. I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time to ensure a smooth and personalized shopping experience. Thank you, Luk Fook, for helping me find the perfect bangles for my big day!

I had a red string bracelet that was falling apart because it has been so many years. I didn't get it at Lukfook but have heard good things about this place and seemed very reputable, so naturally wanted to stop by when I was in Vancouver. Annie helped me and was able to restring my bracelet beautifully. I had to buy a small gold dragon pendant for about 140 CAD for them to restring it since the original bracelet wasn't from Lukfook, but I was told that future repairs would just be a small fee. I personally thought it was great value and service, and they were able to do everything in store and in a few hours. Just in time for Lunar New Year! Happy Year of the Dragon!

I would give a zero star if I could. I was never let in the front door. The gal came back and gave me a ridiculous excuse that they had “a tour coming in.” To bad for them, I was ready to make purchase that was in the window. I went elsewhere to spend my money.

An appointment is required. Serious buyers only. Not for tourists..24 Carat and diamonds galore. I'm going back to Sophie for my diamonds and 24 carat bracelet. And that is after our glorious purchases of awesome coins. ,

The sales lady Chen Tianhua (Katherine) has an extremely bad attitude. You are a salesperson. Don’t you yourself understand what a good service attitude is? I wanted to pick up the small gold ring with a plain ring and look at it. Ms. Chen immediately snatched it away and said, "For baby, can't I look at the one I bought for my child?" If your service attitude is so bad, how can you do a good job in the service industry? ? ? customer service was rude, no respect to the customer. I want to pick up that little plain gold ring. Katherine immediately snatched the ring and said “the ring is for baby, not for u.” I could not have a look of the ring ? What if that i want to purchase for my cousin? How that could be happening as a sales? Even thought, I still interested the jewelry, she threw it at me. Never going back.

Agree, they are not even worth the 1 star. Horrible experience even though I bought two rings a few years ago. Surely, I will not come back and I don't recommend anything. Firstly, my two rings lose luster very soon. Secondly, my ring runs a bit small. The seller told me they could help adjust size anytime. Today they need my purchase history, which i suppose they should have it by themselves (We belongs to their membership program). And they even cannot recognize their own product. Bad product, worse service, worst experience.

I didn't know I was supposed to come here by appointment only. The staff was quick to set us up with an appt, and we only had to wait 20 mins before entering. I came here for my daughter and the selection was a bit limited. However overall friendly experience.

They sell fool's gold: I bought 18k earrings and these did not pass the 18k acid test. Final result was 14k. If you are a customer, here write review for a collective lawsuit. In addition the Lukfook Jewelry company for this review is the one located in ChinaTown, NYC!!! 185 Canal St A, New York, NY 10013 Not the store located in California!!! Collective lawsuit, C'mon need another 25 customers for the suit to take place!!!

This place is pretty horrible. I have a 24 karat Cuban link bracelet. It is about 30 plus years old. Unfortunately the old s style clasp that holds it together is about to break. The only thing I needed was a replacement clasp. The lady didn't even let me in the door. She said if I don't have a friend in the business or Im not a regular client there, they will not help me. All I want to do is buy a clasp. I'm not asking for warranty repair, I'm not asking them to look at it. I just wanna buy. But they do not want to sell to me....
