Went to the gas station was
Helped by a Caucasian male with a ponytail. I proceeded to check out and the first thing as a black woman i was asked you USING EBT? When did people just start assuming you’re using EBT instead of asking WHAT form of payment. Profiling at its finest. So if you ever see this man in there at night after 11 and your black treat him like he think of us.

Most of the employees here are really terrible. Their prices and hours change depending on who is working and what they feel like doing. They “removed the locking capability from the restroom so that they can enter,” according to an employee that i once asked, “if someone is doing drugs in there.” but either way, it seems shady and possibly illegal to me. Basically, if i didn’t live right around the corner from here, i would never ever come here.

You know it's bad, when someone takes the time out of their day to review a gas station.... The most incompetent fuel station staff ever!!! The restroom's are SO DISGUSTING! They look like they have not been cleaned in weeks!!! But yet!!! They're still giving people the codes to go in there. No toilet tissue! The rolls and tp is all over the floor. The toilet seat covers is all over the floor, as well as the floor is wet. It was so disgusting!!! I couldn't even stand to take a pic!!! This place is horrible. Broken front entrance door. Most likely happened because they pissed someone off. Just a COMPLETE WASTE of TIME!!!

Two stars is being generous. I was just informed that even though you can use the food side of your ebt, you can't use any of the cash side?. Furthermore, I can buy hot food anywhere that accepts ebt in the city but I was just tongue clicked- eye rolled for merely inquiring here. AND I was denied my coffees. I get it, ok u gotta pay cash fine, I had enough of my loop points to cover both of them, but I was just ushered along. Bag thrust at me, "next!" Over ☕!!!!

Do not go to this service at night. Three times in a row I would tell the attendant a certain amount of money and he would put less or nothing at the pump. Then I found that when I got my receipt it was a item on there that I didn't purchase but ended up grabbing that item because I was charged for it. I think they might be running so type of scam. Tonight he did the same thing to another customer. If u do go to that gas station at night ask for your receipt!!

The customer service us terrible here all the cashiers are rude mainly Libbey, the lobby has been closed for 20 minutes due to the cashiers counting the registers. I come here every night on my way to work and there is always a negative experience. There is no verbal communication from the cashiers they are rude and impatient lip smacking swearing in Spanish etc. The management included needs training in customer service. I truly hope things change soon.

Great business, good food, shirt wait time and Ray's to get snacks from. I dont come here often but at least from the other loop gas stations I been tooo, at least the co workers arent fraternizing with each other. All in all I would RECOMMEND to come here

Worst customer service and just bought wraps that were so dry it crumbled and they were 4 bucks each. Do not go here!
