:) Quaint shop with yummy sandwiches! They're on the smaller side, so I would definitely grab some additional snacks while you're visiting. Bread was soft and the cold cuts were high quality.

This shop has a well curated selection of outstanding products. Some of the best you can get in each category, and things you may not find elsewhere - particularly, small producers of really good cheese and wine. They carry some lesser-known wines I know that are some of the best I've had. One of the male employees is a wealth of knowledge that only someone with passion about the products would have. This is a really special shop. Their Italian sandwich has a good combination of flavors on really good bread (haven't tried their other sandwiches). Grab a picnic and head up to Coit Tower (the grassy area is nice).

Their sandwiches are the best you'll find in North Beach! They make a different one each day. My favorite is probably the burrata/prosciutto/quince/arugula on Saturdays. The staff is lovely and are very helpful with wine suggestions for any occasion and price range.

A little off the beaten path and that’s what makes it feel like our own neighborhood secret! Amazing wine, cheese, and treats. Definitely “specialty”, and pricing reflects that, but nothing is outrageous and they carry all the hot sauces and spices and chocolates that you saw once at a tiny store in New York and really wanted to buy but didn’t, and have always regretted. I haven’t tried their sandwiches, but my husband loves them. Can’t recommend enough!

Every sando I've had here is delicious!! The owners and employees are sooo nice and helpful. The turkey with gochujang mayo was really delightful.

Be aware of the scam they are running at this place, they are selling fake Mortadella for the price of the real one ($30/lb). It tastes horrible because is something else of lower quality.

The most visually pleasing artisanal shop I’ve ever seen - we found this place on an evening walk through North Beach and walked in only because it looked so charming from across the street.We ended up chatting with the (owner?), learning lots about their cheeses and sandwiches (which they only offer for lunch), and he was so friendly that we found ourselves buying several items.The beautiful built-in shelves are laden with jams, jellies, beers, wines, sausages, candies, cheeses, and everything I couldn’t take in all at once. I highly highly recommend a visit!
