The sales associates (especially Sydney) are very friendly and helpful in the showroom, but there have been industry-wide shipping chain & logistics breakdowns that make the actual process of getting the furniture to our doorstep difficult. Ligne roset contracts out delivery to a local company instead of in house, which can lead to communication issues.

I have been a fan of this store for 20 years and bought pieces when I was still living in Chicago and I still have them to this very day. I can't say the same with pieces I got from Room and Board or other mass produced stores. Yes this store is expensive but they have unique, beautiful and timeless pieces that you can't really find anywhere else. I am someone who is very visual, I really have to see, feel and touch pieces to see if it works for me. It was difficult when I moved to Portland since the closest showroom was in Seattle and the service there was mediocre at best. Not the level and quality of service I would expect from a store with this high price point. So I started calling around and came across Claudine. Claudine is a great ambassador for this brand. She is extremely helpful, engaging and honest with her opinion. Just keep in mind that the delivery charges with Ligne Roset can be very expensive depending how far you are from the store location. Some may even find it prohibitive so make sure you take this into account. If I were local in SF or the closest Ligne Roset location is SF or if delivery charges dont matter to you and all you care is working with someone competent, honest and knows the brand very well, I would highly recommend Claudine. Tip, if you want to get the best savings, wait till their spring sale when everything is 20%

Good stuff but expect screw ups. Even if you pay top dollar for quick deliveries still expect you bad service,. Crazy

i love ligne roset. i purchased my togo sofas from ligne roset at the old location near the ballpark two years ago, and my new ottoman from the de haro location last september. great store and friendly staff. it's pricey, but if you know what you want then the price does not matter in my opinion. thanks, ligne roset!!! i love my togos!!!!!

Great range of furniture. It's a great alternative to Design Within Reach. Don't get me wrong, DWR has great stuff. But if you want something that's a little more unusual (in a good way), go take a look. They have a curated selection of modern furniture and accessories.
