Back in April I needed a white leather harness for an event that evening. For a few bucks extra they made it for me same day. Have worn it numerous times since, and had numerous other custom harvests made as well. The quality on all of their products is top notch and their custom shop has a pretty quick turnaround.

I absolutely loved my experience shopping here. I was a little nervous but they made me feel super comfortable and were very helpful and kind the whole time. The quality here is also excellent and they gave me a lot of advice and tips, I will definitely be coming back.

This has got to be the worst store for horrible service and products……. ?It was so bad, in July of 2021, I spent nearly $3000 in just a few days. Yep, the quality of leather, design and assembly exceeds my expectations and the guys are so helpful and supportive with selection and fitting. I too have had several items adjust while I waited. And one can browse products looking for that “gotta have” without being rushed.I’ve also had custom items made before I left town. You guys are truly awesome and I hope to be back soon!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Steven (not sure if it's spelled that way,) was really knowledgeable and we had a great time. We bought two leather coats at a reasonable price. Lots of "adult items" too, very wide variety of leather items and kinky stuff too. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back soon.

Visited SF last week and Leather Etc was pretty much my first port of call before hitting a couple of parties that week. I hadn't known what to expect but I was definitely blown away by the variety and quality of products and, most importantly, the top-notch service and professionalism of the staff.José and Sabi understood my needs and made great recommendations in terms of the fitting of the pieces. They are also super friendly yet respectful, which made exploring the gear a very non-threatening and fun experience.José suggested alterations to the harness I got, which they were able to do within minutes in-house at no extra charge. This made the harness sit perfectly on my frame, as if it were custom made. It felt like my cinderella moment, so thank you José! <3I got to stress test everything that very week and I'm so pleased to say that all the leather gear are ridiculously well constructed and comfortable to wear for hours, especially at these price points.Thank you Leather Etc for making my trip so memorable and for fitting me with the best gear. I miss you guys already, and will be sure to come back the next time I'm in town.

Incredible shop with amazing people who worked there. Never once in California have we experienced a level of service like this. They truly take it to the next level. It's a bit dangerous though, because between their online store and their physical location I might end up spending my life savings here. I couldn't say enough good about them

This place has amazing leather goods that are reasonably priced. Their items are unique and you won't find many of them anywhere else. I think they manufacture many of the items themselves. Their sizes also run really small, which is great for someone who has a hard time finding clothing that fits. They need to improve how they deal with their online website. I submitted an order months ago and never received a thing. I sent several emails with no response. I finally had to submit a dispute with PayPal.

I had the pleasure of visiting Leather Etc while in San Francisco this past week. It is hard to find a store with such a huge selection of quality BDSM wear at reasonable prices anywhere. I was thrilled when I arrived at the store after walking six blocks to check it out.

I love Leather Etc. for the outstanding selection of bold and daring Men's Sleeveless Button-Down Shirts they offer: Sleeveless Leather Uniform Shirts, Sleeveless Camouflage Shirts, and Sleeveless Button Down Shirts with contrasting leather collar and breast pockets (see pic). I'm not much into the more kinky stuff, but I've purchased some other leather goods like gloves, wallets, studded belt, hats, and a wonderful pair of black leather pants with the red stripe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they buzz you in the gate and once inside there is a large selection of many leather goods and accessories. I highly recommend Leather Etc.!
