This place has gone downhill. No longer does it display the high end service, food or even environment. The food was cold, soup luke warm at best. Cost of a Grey Goose Martini was $26!! I ordered a drink not the bottle! Was not told of the cost. Asked to see the manager who was slovenly dressed and a poor excuse as a manager. I have been coming to the Fairmont for years and this will be the last time our party will ever return. I will make sure people don’t waste their money for overpriced food, in a run down restaurant. The seats were stained, and the area we were seated in smelled like a dirty mop had been washed see prior to our arrival. Extremely Disappointing Experience.

We usually take our grandkids to see the Gingerbread house and have brunch. This years spread was very skimpy.

We had a delicious family dining experience for 10 people. The salmon, the pasta the house said, all 5 star. Unfortunately, while beautiful, the energy of the lobby restaurant ( Laurel court) lacks the vitality that might further enhance one's special dining experience. But it's perfect for a low key, more utilitarian style fine dining experience.

We regularly go to the Fairmont, the hotel is superb, but the restaurant remains to be desired.
We were really disappointed, the flavors were not there, and the prices absolutely did not correspond to the value of the dish.
The chef really needs to rework everything! Morning and evening!

The server told me that the bartender refused to make me a whiskey sour because you can’t put egg whites in drinks in California anymore- which is not only absurd but a complete lie.

We went for the Wicked themed afternoon tea. The savory portion size was small but good, about what we expected. There were lots of sweets though! Everything was really tasty and the ambiance was great! The pianist played several songs from Wicked and the wait staff was super friendly. I would recommend doing afternoon tea there and would go back again. I would make sure to not be starving when going though. Overall, a very fun and positive experience.

The beverages and food were truly excellent but very expensive. The ambience was absolutely lovely, but the service was only adequate. Our server seemed bored and was not overly attentive. However, the busboy was wonderful and looked for opportunities to be helpful! Overall, a wonderful evening!

Sunday breakfast offerings were only a buffet, mediocre at best. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, bagels with smoked salmon, blintzes, and various breads. Sounds fine, for maybe a Hyatt House or similar. It was not worth $41 pp. I've had better at the Double Tree, they at least offer made to order eggs, omelette, etc. If the breakfast was complimentary it would be fine, but we could have gone off property and had a far superior breakfast elsewhere in the City for probably less. Do better.

Based on hotel website we expected menu service for a quality Sunday breakfast, not a buffet. And given requirement for CC to hold reservation, also expected something special. Only were informed a buffet when we arrived. Very sad buffet for any standard hotel (watery eggs, poorly presented food, etc) and thus well below what a special place like the Fairmont would be expected to serve. Have been to other Fairmont Hotels and had spectacular food. The same was true of this hotel once upon a time. But clearly not any more.

Great place for a pre-concert dinner when you're attending a concert at The Masonic! Good food and great service in a prestigious hotel. Still a good price when compared to the other restaurants in the vicinity.

Took 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. Nice reception girl and water boy. Salmon was very good, steak was average. Service suffered but beautiful dining room. Will definitely look at other options when we return.

This was such a lovely experience. There was a live piano playing which was great ambience. The sandwiches were fantastic. I left feeling very full. I actually booked another high tea immediately after leaving.

Service and food excellent, the piped in music was too loud, so we asked to have it turned down which the management did. The food was excellent, thought the side dishes were more expensive than expected. Overall, a wonderful place to have lunch or dinner, just beware those "extras" win the menu.

Ambiance great with high ceiling. Service great and special thanks to Angel for his help and service. The manager Ema she was great and solve a minor issue in professional manner. Need to be careful with timing seems there is an issue of operating hours on the app.

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve gone to the Fairmont restaurant however the new chef in place everything has been jacked up on pricing on the menu and the quality is extremely poor.
