Really disappointed to find out I was overcharged here. They take advantage of you not knowing what you’re buying. Go on Amazon or Blick - same pens for way cheaper.

The associate (I forgot his name) was really friendly and guided us through choosing a great pen. He was also really knowledgeable about the history of the Lamy company and the store itself. It was a really nice experience.

I went to this store for the first time yesterday and was very happy with the experience. Rochelle went above and beyond to make my visit not only pleasant but very informative. It’s a beautiful little store with an excellent staff. I will definitely be back!

Came to buy a beautiful pen and was met with the most lackluster customer service ever between 430-444 pm. Wouldn’t come here, shop online. Terrible customer service. They make you feel like you’re going to rob the place instead of being appreciative of your service…and out of convenience I purchased the pen. Not coming back. Online is the way to go.

I bought an “all star” fountain pen. The nib quality is sub optimal. It doesn’t write well and ink gets stuck.When I went back to the store for an exchange, the manager said “there is nothing we can do. It is your paper’s problem.” Truth is that my notebooks cost more than the pen. So not going to waste time over such a comment and such services, I just hope future customers go for other brands or simply test the nib on your own notebook - cuz their testing papers are those extra smooth and glossy ones very different from everyday notebooks - Moleskine, Aspinal of London etc that I use. ❤️

I dropped into the shop on a quiet Sunday, thinking I'd just pick up a Safari in a new color. The store was a browser's paradise, and the saleswoman was patient and helpful in showing me not only some of the special-edition Safaris but quite a few of the even nicer pens. After trying out several, I decided to buy a forest-green aion, which immediately became my favorite pen. What a great place to visit!

First of all, the staff was super helpful, she answered all of our questions and gave nice recommendations. We came to Lamy looking for a nice fountain pen and browsing. We tested several pens. And, bought fountain pen with grid-layout notebook.Great location, but at the moment, there is a construction going on in front of it.
