False advertisement says they are open. Doors are locked. Lights are off nobody in there nobody answering the phone even the sign says it’s open.

Drove all the way out here to get a pair of shoes repaired. Both yelp and Google say that they are open at 9 AM. Their sign in the shop says that they are open at 9 AM. But I came at 9:40 AM and nobody is here. Door locked. Incredibly flaky. There are other shops that you can go to that are reliable... guys, get it together.

I will never go anywhere else. Lakeside shoe repair was a wonderful experience they are very responsive and accommodating. The gentleman who helped me offered to wait for me to get off of work so I could drop my shoes off, he was super nice and offered a fair deal. He works quickly and was very nice to work with. 10/10 would go back again and would highly recommend to others.

Lakeside Shoe Repair provides excellent customer service and great workmanship. I'm very satisfied with the repairs and services too. Guess this is why I've chosen to bring shoes/purses because of this wonderful man service.
