Really rude security guard, judge me on my apparence and try to kick me out of the store. Think I was here to boost ( rob) the store. I feel she was agressive even when I propose her to hold my bag and my passport during my shopping . I ll not go back to this location

Clean store with employees that have wonderful customer service. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They offered us water while we were shopping which was very nice after doing miles and miles of walking in the city. Daniel and Camila were the staff that helped us. The two really went above and beyond to help us get my husbands birthday gift. Will definitely return when we return to San Francisco.

The employees here are really bad, excepts for the security guard. No one really wanted to help me understand the different items that are on sell. It seemed that they are not interested in supporting customers.

Great staff. They know the product and helped me find exactly what I needed. Lovely place. I'm pretty biased. Angry clowns could replace the staff and I might not notice as I stare at the original cut in a new color as if it was a donut.

I have never gotten something from this Lacoste in SF. It's not really preppy. It's like a tennis store from Europe. It's really European and expensive. I got a red gator hat with logo. I almost got socks but didn't. Shirts and jackets are 100-200. Fun shop to browse.
