I went to get blood drawn last Monday (10/7) around 1pm. There was no other visitors there, and the process to register at the kiosk and check in was fairly fast. The lady who checked me in was also the person that drew my blood. When she punctured my arm with the needle, it hurt a lot and the pain never went away until the needle was removed from my arm. I thought maybe it was just because I haven't had blood drawn in a while and forgot how it felt. After I took off the bandage, there was a small dark bruise around the puncture point. The bruising eventually spread several inches around the point as days passed. I've never had such a poor job of drawing blood done on me before. My arm is healing but there's still visible bruising after a week of the visit. See pictures. It was worse a few days ago. I didn't get the lady's name, but it was a middle aged Black woman with glasses and shoulder length dreads.

Staff is very nice and helpful, however testing takes literally over 4x the time to be processed at this site. A panel that should’ve been done in 4 days was finished for me after 2 weeks. Go somewhere else if you want blood work done in a timely manner.

Would recommend and would come back for future labwork needs.I was in and out within 15 minutes of my appointment.1) Express check-in was smooth via the monitors: a quick scan of a driver's license and it automatically pulled up all information to review and confirm.2) Atmosphere was calm and quiet.3) Leila was very kind and efficient!

I have had multiple blood draws over the past six months, including many per week over the past month and have had nothing but a positive, efficient, clean, easy, and thorough experience. I particularly want to highlight Trina, for her professionalism, skill, and kindness.

I went to this location on 11/22/23 to have my bloodwork done and the women working here couldn't have been nicer! I have a phobia of needles and they were so empathetic and made this so quick/painless. Highly recommend.

If you struggle with getting your blood drawn, this is the labcorp to do it at. I get faint usually afterwards and the clinician checked on me multiple times during the experience, and even offered for me to lay down during the blood drawing. I didn’t feel rushed to leave unlike other labcorps I have been to. Each patient is placed in their own room, which is less stressful and gives a sense of privacy, though the door was left open. I was able to make an appointment within one week as well.

I had a great experience at this labcorp. Came in around 11 as a walk-in and was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly too

Lelia is the most gentle phlebotomist ever! I have a deep fear of needles, and she went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable. I have had to get my blood drawn multiple times and I am always grateful when Leila is doing it because she makes the experience seamless!

I showed up at 7am trying to get the blood test early and get back to work, but unfortunately no phlebotomy technician showed up until 8:15 That is RIDICULOUS

Horrible! arrived before 2:30pm. was told this was the only Labcorp that didn’t take walk in, even though auto message said appts wasn’t necessary! No one was waiting in wait room!!!!
