Definitely make an appointment. My appointment was honored and I waited only 15 mins but there were people waiting for hours for walk ins. They are clearly short staffed.

Walk-in after lunch. Approximately 10 patients in front of me and the wait was 20 minutes. Front Desk and lab technicians very friendly and efficient. How they handled patients without any Dr. lab requests or insurance information was done very well. Everything was worked out.
