Nice staff, Melinda was wonderful and another lady who I did not get her name was sweet and warm. Yes, like other comments, waiting room was so small and no ventilation, don't know if there's anything they can do about it - still I will make an appointment and be back next time.

I was fine waiting half an hour for the staff to input my insurance and ordering physician info as I understand there may be technical difficulties (they had trouble with both). My phlebotomist was nice. But after my blood draw, this older lady who wasn’t my phlebotomist came in to rudely reprimand me in Chinese that I needed to memorize my physician’s address. The current address is written on the order and it was ridiculous that she had the audacity to attribute their incompetence to me not memorizing his address. I can easily do a quick internet search in 2 seconds. It was clearly not the problem here and I felt very disappointed in my experience due to her unprofessional and hostile attitude. Avoid this lab if you can. They will frame their incompetence onto you, the patient.

I had a pleasant experience at this location, Emily was very nice and super helpful. The facility itself is outdated but clean inside, I would recommend making an appointment instead of going last minute. I walked right into mine at 9:00am no wait time and the small waiting room was packed. Parking is typical for the bay but there’s a parking garage right next to it for $6 an hour. The building itself is hard to find, it’s inside this shopping center, find the elevators on the left side and take it up to the 4th floor!

Incredibly slow. I arrived to my appointment on time and it took over an hour to be seen.

They lost my results. They drew 6 vials of blood, never sent my doctor anything and never gave me any updates. There's nothing in my online account, I went in person and they couldn't help, called every number I could find to get in touch with someone and they never even had a record of me coming in. This place is a scam, go to Quest instead. They are much better.

Chaos! Messy lab, employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Jabbed me (and I’m easy to draw from). Also the bathroom has no paper towels, which is fine in most places but when you have to give a urine sample you can’t wipe the cup. Avoid this lab if you can.

People working there are great! However, the facility itself is quite dated and an extremely small waiting room. It was really busy when I went and about 12 of us were waiting shoulder to shoulder. I ended up having a claustrophobia panic attack and had to leave because I almost fainted. I never went back...

Went here with my mom for a lab work Tuesday morning. We didn't have an appointment following a doctor visit so it was busy and waited about 50 minutes. The office is small, seats about 7 chairs. There are restrooms available across the hallway from this office, which is key# coded. Some of the employees are bilingual (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) Emily helped my mom with her blood work. My mom said she was really nice and did a great job, noting that she had never experienced such a quick and efficient blood drawing in one go. My mom's chinese speaking with very limited English, but Emily (English speaking only) made my mom feel comfortable. Thanks Emily, of LabCorps in Chinatown SF!

I tried the LabCorp on Pacific for the first time. I was disappointed at the long line ahead of me and the ultimate wait. The wait became less of an issue as I was able to observe phlebotomist Emily F - who appeared to be the only phlebotiist there - with her patients. Emily F was a delight to watch. She greeted each patient with such sincere warmth - her smile clearly shone through her mask. She thoughtfully escorted the elderly patients to the door. When she finally called me, she greeted me warmly and clearly showed she cared about my comfort. I am not a fan of going to labs, but meeting Emily F turned the experience into a joyful one. In addition, Emily F is an excellent phlebotomist - her needle stick was one of th least painful I've ebver experienced. Because of Emily F, and despite the wait, I will continue to patronize the LabCorp on Pacific.

Old facility but really kind people collecting the samples and doing admin work. Barely had to wait. I went on a Monday afternoon, for an appointment. I ran a little late for said appointment, but they were very accommodating.Subtracting one star for Labcorp (as an org.) as they could definitely update the look of their center.

I scheduled a blood draw here for this morning. They were right on time, and the process went smoothly. The phlebotomist, Emily, was awesome. One stick, in the first time, no pain.

Easy to make an appointment, staff is friendly and communicative. It's close to my work so convenient. My bloodwork was painless. Emily was great and would definitely come back here if I needed lab work in the future.

Facility is a little bit too old? Chinatown style…Not quite the kind of Labcorp I was expecting. Sanitary guideline is in question. The nurse put on gloves and started typing on keyboard and touching other things around, and then used alcohol swab to sanitize my arm and then touched the sanitized area with that same gloves…
