One of the worst experience I have had. This office is inefficiently run. I had a 9:00 appointment and I wasn't seen until 9:40am so I was late for work. They don't have a system to call patients name clearly and in order. The called name isn't shown on the screen which is confusing when the front desk butchers the name. ( They were only reading the first three letters at one point ). Once in the back I still had to wait another 10 minutes. What's the point of making an appointment if one doesn't get seen until 40 minutes later?!? Stop overbooking if the office can't handle it! The office layout is terrible. Waiting area is large and blood draw /lab area is tiny in the back which limits their turnover. There is Quest on the same block and I have had much better experience with them.

I just went to get some routine bloodwork. I had to argue with the lady in the office to give me a copy of the paper I signed authorizing payment. I thought I was going to have to make her give me the original and leave. She relented rolling her eyes and sighing theatrically. When she put it in the copy machine it turned out she needed to refill the paper. I hope this wasn't the reason she tried to refuse to give me a copy of my own signed document. If I'd been younger I wouldn't have known how to put my foot down. I've never had this experience in a medical office. The blood draw chair looked like it hadn't been wiped down since at least yesterday and when same lady drew my blood she taped the cotton ball on afterward with so little tape that it came off as soon as my feet hit the pavement. The shadow of a bruise is starting to appear already. I've always had a good experience here before but going forward I will either choose a different location or lab company entirely. Silliness like today is not where I want to spend my patience. To be clear, I don't want her in trouble but Labcorp needs to tell her to get her act together. I don't need obsequious customer service but a little more professionality would be great.

Horrible service! I've still no way to find out about my reports after 3 weeks from blood samples. There is no way to reach customer care and they respond in 4 days via email. Tried calling the number, its all automated and you cant talk to anyone.

Mr. Orlando was super helpful! He helped me even though I was there at the wrong time(don’t do that yourself, be there between 7am and 11am for your drug test). He was an absolute 10/10. I am super thankful to him for spending a bit of extra time to ensure I was seeing and was able to get my EMT drug screen done. Thank you sooooo much!

I went in for a blood draw and they were very nice and accommodating. They were empty on a weekday around noon and was in and out in 30 minutes!

Visited at 10AM on a Thursday morning with no appointment for routine lab work. Only a few others there. Had minimal wait. Friendly staff.Compared to other reviews I had a good experience. Maybe it was the date/time of visit?

Employees work frantically with full waiting room of standing clients. Very limited drug screen hours even though it’s the I only site for it in SF.Parking is $3 an hour and hard to find.

Terribly unfriendly staff. There’s no point to make an appointment either since they are way behind.

Definitely seemed a little hectic and disorganized like the other reviews suggest, but they got my blood work done on time and without issue. I made a reservation online and checked in at their kiosk.Found parking around the corner for $2.00 / 15 mins, and got out only paying $2.00Note that they do require you wear a mask, though they had extra since I forgot mine.

You want to be careful with Labcorp. This place is like one of those scams where you can’t get out once you signed up for their services, unless you keep making payments as they demand them. Or face threatens with credit ratings. Was directed to provide blood and urine samples for annual health exam at Labcorp. Turned out to be an absolute nightmare where they just can’t stop demanding payments for tests provided which are covered by the insurance. Kept getting invoices after many calls to resolve. Their accounts payable team doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing which makes the patient experience all the more frustrating. Avoid if you can otherwise you’d get into the same predicament.
