I could not be happier with the great service provided to me and the quality of the products that I received at a reasonable cost. I most definitely recommend this store for your projects. Brandon Cobb was my sales consultant and he was very knowledgeable about the products and knew what I needed right away.

I was in the market for some new faucets and Brandon was super helpful and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend Kohler and will definitely work with Brandon on any future projects.

I had a great experience here. Brandon Cobb was very easy to work with, got me everything I needed and stayed in budget. The products work great, very stylish, and feel much more expensive than what I paid. I would highly recommend working with this company and Brandon for your next project.

Brandon Cobb the sales designer here at Kohler helped me do a complete remodel of my townhouse in Walnut Creek. I used all Kohler fixtures as well as their high end Kallista brand in my master bathroom. He also helped me source a Toto Washlet toilet with a built-in bidet. His service is top notch. I manage three properties in total. He has sent materials to my other properties on my behalf for repairs that have been needed. Excellent service through and through. Highly recommended.

The people were nice and friendly. The products looked great. And the ordering was easy. However, when comes to delivering and status of missing items, it’s a total disaster. Because no one lives at the work site, I requested that the delivery guy call before showing up. They never call and missed us even when I was at the work site. When asked about the status, they said they’ll look into it and get back to me by end of the day… never get a call back. I have to actively call them to find out what is going on. Cannot depend on them calling me back. It’s kind of sad. The people are very nice, but keep dropping the ball.

I came 15 min before close to take a quick look - told employees we would be gone before close, but they wouldn’t even let us in since they had their purses packed and were ready to leave early. Please update your hours if to reflect your actual behavior!

Very nice little store. Lots of Kohler options. I liked looking at the mounted shower heads where the sales rep can turn on to show you how the water sprays out. This showroom has higher end Kohler products, not the lower end stuff you'd find at Home Depot or Lowe's. But the price point reflects that too. There are mock bathrooms, kitchen with faucets, mirrors, vanities, toilets. A lot of contemporary designs to choose from. We came here a couple of times to look but didn't see anything we absolutely fell in love with. The salesperson, April, was helpful in writing up all the estimates and cost of the items were we're considering. Definitely a place to come visit if you like Kohler items.

Store is never open. Came in on Memorial Day and they were closed. Every retail shop is open during this time for sales. Not open on weekends either? The icing on the cake is the fact they close at 5pm when most people get off of work. I think they lose a lot of business just not being available..

Needs better timing. Store can’t expect people to show up 9-5pm M-F. Needs to be open at least a few hours on Sat-Sunday.

Showed up here when they were supposedly open, and they are closed. No message on their website, nothing on their phone line, etc. Drove over an hour and wasted my time. If you don't have the staff to open the store, that's not a staffing shortage, that's a pay shortage.

Would not recommend using this showroom for a remodeling project as we did. We encountered multiple issues over the months we had to be in touch with them. 1) Wrong products ordered, paid for, and sent to us, for us to deal with in returning them. 2) Faulty product ordered and sent to us twice, also for us to deal with and send back to them, being hassled about getting a refund because of poor understanding of the situation. 3) Lack of communication re: estimated delivery and tracking information. For the faulty product, we re-ordered through the showroom and they neglected to tell us it would be 2 months before we would receive it-- when we had already spent months with an unfinished bathroom. We cancelled the order and found the product on build.com, which was delivered the next day. 4) Overall, I don't trust that we were given the right set-up for our bathrooms. We ended up with a LOT of hardware in both bathrooms that seemed unnecessary, which was confirmed by a plumber who came by to look at the installation. He said he wouldn't have ordered those parts for the showers. I believe we were sold products we didn't need for the benefit of the salesperson and showroom. Needless to say, we will never do business with this showroom again and will not recommend it to others.

My Husband and I made an appointment with Carrie M. at the Kohler Signature Store in San Francisco and she was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was also very prompt in getting us the quote. The showroom was very clean, everyone had masks on and there was sanitizer at the entrance as well. Highly recommend!

We're so happy that we stopped by Kohler and met Carrie. She was a pleasure to work with and helped us navigate a large project that we likely couldn't have done on our own. We're thrilled with the decisions that we made together and products now installed in our home. We didn't end up with a lot of Kohler fixtures - a few sinks and drains - but Carrie helped us with Brizo, Delta, Axent, and more. Thanks!

Sold us a part we didn't need for our sink and then charged a 25% restocking fee. Understand a restocking fee for unwanted items, but when you sell us something we didn't need that's not acceptable.
