I can't recommend KEP enough! I arrived for my appointment with only a vague idea of what I wanted for my wedding suit, and Jeroen made the whole process of designing my perfect suit so easy and enjoyable! He took his time to explain the importance of each detail and how it would fit the overall look. The options, communication and hospitality were all top-tier. Francisco was also very helpful and professional! I'll definitely be a returning customer!

I went for a fitting in July of 2023. I was initially told to expect a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called to ask when I could come in - I was told there was a delay and to expect another few weeks. I called every 2-3 weeks and was always told there was a delay. I was never offered an alternative, a solution, or anything by way of explanation. Eventually, I got delivery mid November - which was already 6 weeks later than initially promised. The fabrics are nice - but I selected those and they matched the swatches I selected. The overall fit was pretty good, but clearly not excellent. There were multiple disappointing things that came out. 1) The reason for the delay could have been explained to me much earlier and a potential change or solution could have resulted in a delivery that was just a week or two later than promised 2) The single specific detail I asked for was done wrong and it was done wrong in a way that could not be fixed. I was told in the shop that it was ok - but upon consultation with another tailor they explained why the detail was wrong and why an alteration to get the detail as I desired was impossible and also how they tailor an initial garment to make for such an allowance so that this problem can be fixed quickly and easily. I will not return. This shop has lost my confidence in a way I will not give them a chance to recover from. This is especially true after finding another tailor that does things right the first time and on schedule.

As my wife just posted, our experience with Francisco and the team was second-to-none. It was my first bespoke tuxedo experience and we were guided smoothly and knowledgeably through the entire process. The input on fabric weights and types, taking into consideration the time of year and conditions, was a level of detail that would never have occurred to me and meant that on the day I could look swanky AF at Sinatra's Twin Palms Estate whilst also feeling super-comfortable. In addition to the amazing tux, I ordered some bespoke shoes, shirts, and a bespoke smoking jacket for the rehearsal dinner. An amazing tailoring experience that I'm looking forward to repeating!

Klein Epstein Parker was recommended by our wedding planner when my fiance, now husband, wanted a bespoke tuxedo made for our wedding at Frank Sinatra's Twin Palms Estate in Palm Springs. We decided to make a date of it and fly up from San Diego to visit the San Francisco location.From start to finish, the process was great. Francisco and his team were epic and laid out all of the steps, assisted with styling, and did an overall brilliant job. The fabric and customization options were beyond beautiful. It was like visiting a hip Savile Row atelier in London.We ended up ordering a velvet smoking jacket, additional shirts, and bespoke shoes as well. My husband looked sexy as hell, and it was completely worth it!We have since visited the North Hollywood location as well. We highly recommend the KEP team for any bespoke clothing. They are incredible!

I wanted a Jünger-style jacket, and Francisco did an excellent job modifying a 'Mao' style collar to create this wonderful green heather one. I wasn't so sure about the pockets, as I'd wanted something traditionally German, but he was right about them, and we created a second one out of a charcoal lighter-weight wool, which I'm also very pleased with.He also helped me create 4 'collarless' dress shirts using a more eclectic European/Asian style that I tend to favor, making me a pleased customer.

Wonderful piece. I’m super excited to wear it to my wedding. I was so pleased to how it came out that I ended up getting another one. Francisco helped out making the right choices for the fabrics, details, etc. Never owned a suit before and now I’m leaving with two.

Got my wedding suit here. I worked with Francisco on my suit. He was amazing. Spent 3hrs with him and my wife customizing everything. We had 3 re-fittings until everything was perfect.

Fancy lookbook but terrible "tailoring". I went in for a suit and couple shirts. They claim to make the shirts custom but the shirts fit worse than what you can order from Bonobos. Jeroen told me they were not able to get the fit correct because they started with shirts a certain size - makes you wonder how this could happen if they actually make all products custom.I returned the shirts but so far they have refused to give any refund. Either save your money and buy from a decent retailer or go to one of the reputable tailors in the city.

Great experience for my fitting. I'm not a fancy dude but I wanted to treat myself to a nice suit for my wedding. I fully got to design my whole suit with help of course from the tailor. 100% handpicked fabrics and patterns, I was so proud. I had so many compliments from fit to style. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR is an old saying and it applies at this dapper establishment. my opinion it's the best in all of the whole Bay Area . Thank you

Amazing clothing and incredible service (thank you Waiton)!I set up an appointment in Fall 2021 to have a jacket and trousers made for a trip...Waiton made the entire experience interesting, informative and fun.What started as just 1 jacket and 1 pair of trousers, has turned into a few trousers / jackets and shoes.I have become a return (and loyal) customer.It is always a pleasure to work with Waiton; he asks questions to understand what I need / want and helps with my decision process.He has deep knowledge of the fabrics they carry and a great understanding of fashion and sense of style.Highly recommend visiting Klein Epstein & Parker (and a purchase too)!Ask for Waiton.

We had a really weird customer service experience here, as a walk-in. We came here at around 5:50pm today in search of a white button down shirt for my fiancé (for our wedding) and the customer service associate was just really dismissive and not engaged at all. When we asked questions, he gave one word answers and barely glanced up from his laptop. It took me a minute to process what happened after we left, but our general feeling was wth kind of store is this? Is this a money laundering front? Jokes aside, ugh, what a pretentious place.

I had walked by the KEP store in Hayes Valley San Francisco a few times and when I was looking at options to purchase a suit for my wedding, KEP immediately came up as an option that I wanted to check out. The appt process was really easy and I ended up being taken care of by Jeroen who expertly helped with every decision throughout the process. After selecting fabrics and getting fitted, I returned back into the store a couple more times to complete the fitting (while also getting a custom shirt made). Overall, I was extremely pleased with the final result and working with Jeroen at KEP made the process seamless and easy. I will now have an amazing fitting suit for my wedding and a quality piece to add to the wardrobe.

I made an appointment day of on Boxing Day 2019. Wanted to get fit for 8-10 new basic business shirts as my existing ones were not fitting well anymore. I learned that the fitting and production of the first shirt would take eight weeks, at which point they'd have only ONE shirt done, to which they'd make appropriate corrections, then I'd have to wait God knows how long for all the others to be manufactured and delivered. Due to some personal circumstances I needed the shirts faster, so I inquired if they could be expedited. Yes they could, but at an exorbitant fee. Maybe the fee could be waived since I'd be looking at spending thousands of dollars with them? Not a chance. Could the shirts be delivered to me since I was moving out of town? Don't count on it. So I took my business elsewhere. Frankly I would've spent the money with them, even given all above, if the store manager that day, Waiton, I believe, treated me with the respect due a new customer willing to part with thousands of dollars on their products. Customer service was not remotely up to snuff, especially given their astronomical price tags. Waiton seemed impatient and irritated that I would even ask the questions I asked. SF snobbery at its finest.
