this store isnt different from any other kiehls other than the staff is fantastic. Javier and (I don’t remember their name but they wears glasses and sometimes dyed hair) are super knowledgeable and helpful. Keep em happy, Kiehl’s

My go-to store since the location is pretty convenient from the BART station. The staff are pretty helpful and friendly! My mom and I like shopping in store because of the free samples and the product knowledge that they provide.

Kiehls is my go to for face products. They give samples for you to try out products that are new for you to see if they fit what you’re looking for. Their shopping bags are free!
