Awesome store and knowledgeable staff! The dude Sean that works here on weekends is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable about swords they sell and how to care for them. Made sure I had everything I need and knew how to maintain the blade before I left the store.

Horrible Customer Service. We drove 26 miles to buy an imitation sword and 3 young employees didn’t want to help us. They sat the whole time and when we asked them for the item without not even checking or getting up to actually check they all said they didn’t have it but online it showed the item was in-stock.

Very strict policies. We arrived at 7 pm just asking to use the penny press not realizing they were going to close at 7. We are leaving the city forever and they said no exceptions to using the machine. I get it, but just don't expect any heart.

Bought a katana here and a knife and a few other goodies. They have a great assortment of Japanese items. My son loves the katana and the knife is for me to carry. Did you know in California you can carry a folding knife legally!? It’s true. Look it up and then stop by. (No, you cannot carry a katana!!!!!)

Just want to say thank you so much for arranging to refurbish my old war horse - Stryker with Benchmade. I went to war with this wonderful knife and carried it as a trusty friend for years. I have and have purchased others...but not like this issued model. The warranty process through the staff at "Katachi" in San Francisco was so smooth...Benchmade is lucky to have them selling / servicing their knives and customers. They do a military discount: but you blades here!
