Kai and the crew were super friendly and put my front bumper back in place free of charge. They even touched up some scratched spots. Cannot say enough good things about the shop. If my cars need any service in the future, I will definitely go back to Karry's collision center.

Our bumper got unclipped and popped off. When I came in for them to take a look at it, they fixed it in 5 minutes free of charge! They will be the first business I turn to next time something happens to our car!

I came to Karry's to fix my 2023 Audi SQ5 after someone hit me from behind on the freeway. From the start I was impressed by Kai's attention to detail, patience and unbelievable service. The total completion took almost 2 months and Kai was communicative every step of the way. They did a great job on the fix and I would refer anyone with a luxury car to Karry's

I went over a speed bump too fast and had plastic dragging under my car. Called Karrys and they were the only shop willing to look at my car so close to closing. They fixed it in no time! AAAND checked my tires! Overall Karry’s has a Super Kind team. They’re thorough, and honest!!!!

Came here after another shop quoted me several thousand dollars to fix some marks and minor scuffing in the paint around my rear window. Kai was able to remove the marks in about 10 minutes, and didn’t even charge me. I would highly recommend this shop, they really take care of their customers. I will definitely be coming back if I need body work done in the future.

Didnt get a repair from this place but got a free diagnosis - very honest and let me know what kind of repairs I needed and didn’t need. Absolutely will come back to them soon when I need the repairs

This shop repaired my car at a very affordable rate and quickly. Other shops estimated my car would be out a week and for $600 more than what they quoted me for. As a single hustling mom, I cannot thank them enough so that I can get back to my family. Love this shop - choose them each and every single time.

I damaged my Tesla S front bumper pulling out of my garage yesterday. Tesla recommended Karry's and they had excellent online reviews so I sent an inquiry. Not only did Kai respond on the same day but he juggled his calendar to accommodate me this AM.I showed up expecting an estimate and return trip for repair. Kai met me himself and told me if I could wait 10 -15 MINUTES he could complete the repair. Unbelievable and outstanding service.I now know why this business has such great reviews and a reputation for responsiveness and fair treatment. They were able to schedule me for an estimate on short notice. Kai buffed out the scratches and assessed the car same day and didn’t charge me a thing! He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with karry's collision center. I personally don't know much about cars, but a friend had recommended Kai to me. He made sure I understood everything and guided me through the process step by step. I felt really at ease knowing that my car was in great hands. 10/10 with immaculate customer service because who would personally drive the car back to their customers? Kai did. Was also very happy with the skilled workmanship of the repairs I got for the car.

Kai is amazing. I side-swiped my Audi Q3 and had damage on read door and fender. Kai fixed it all and FAST - within 1.5 weeks.His prices are extremely competitive and he delivers top notch service. He called me each step along the way in repairing my call to give me status and when he had to order an extra part he didn't expect.The car turned out amazing - like new! To top it off, he delivered my car sparkling new cleaning it inside and out.Dont think twice and go to Karry's Collison Center. There's a reason they have all 5 star reviews!

Cannot rate highly enough! So impressed with Kai and his team here. Kai got us in same-day for an estimate, worked with our insurance company, kept us updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond to finish the work before a long holiday weekend. They returned our car sparkling clean, vacuumed, so much better than we left it! We would absolutely go back to Karry's Collision Center (though hope we won't need to!).
