We've been taking our labradoodle to get groomed by Jenny and team for several years. They always do a great job and never any issues. Even when our dog is very matted, he ends up with a cute haircut. Huge bonus that they share space with Mr Muggles. It's very convenient that we can drop our dog off at daycare, he gets groomed, and then sent back in for daycare.

I adopted a little Yorkie from Muttville last year and she HATES having anything done, including brushing and nails. However, the amazing folks at K9 Spa are so patient and wonderful. If you're lucky, you might even get sweet pictures and video from them.

Absolutely incredible groomers here! I got my dog in September and he's an extremely anxious rescue. Lord knows what was done to him before we got him but he's very fearful of new hands and despises people touching his paws. Jenny was so patient with him when we first met, calming him with treats and other methods. By the end he was beautifully groomed and they were better friends. We've since gone back twice and this past time she gave him the cutest trim. He came out looking like a little polar bear. Absolutely adorable. I highly recommend Jenny! I also recommend Mr. Muggles next door but that's a separate review!

Took my 7-year old Remy for her FIRST nail trim - we took so long to tackle this since the concrete usually does the job filing her nails down but since the pandemic and everyone staying home more than usual - it's grown way too long for us to rely on the concrete. We did a walk-in (her grooming room is located inside Mr. Muggles) and was quickly assisted by Jenny - my dog was scared but Jenny did a great job at comforting us as she cut Remys nails and even shared some dog nail maintenance knowledge with us. Anyway, Thank you for taking care of us - you've earned another client!

Jenny came through with de-skunking my poor Aussie who got sprayed by a skunk at 5am on a Sunday morning. I frantically went down the list of groomers on Yelp for a same day appt but all were booked until I came across K9. Jenny answered the phone and asked some questions about the breed and checked to see that our rabies vaccinations were up to date and said she could possibly squeeze us in at 4pm. I got a call later with an update that she had an opening at noon which was even better. Dropped off my Aussie and came back 3 hours later with an odor free and happy Aussie! They said it would take another couple baths to get the odor out completely but I could barely make out any skunk smell at all. Overall extremely pleased with how personable and accommodating Jenny was to our situation. Would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a last minute friendly place to take my dog Max for a nail trim and gland expression. Jenny was very helpful with answering all of my questions and was able to schedule him in for the next day. I was in and out within 10 minutes of his appt for $36 which is cheaper than most vets. I was even able to take a peek at the daycare in the same building which looked really cute and got some info. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I took our baby girl Goji here yesterday! Goji is our first dog and she is a pandemic puppy. From start to finish, Jenny talked me through their process. Goji was not allowed until she received her rabies vaccine at 17 weeks. After that, we were able to get her in quickly as even her vet doctor was saying her hair was getting quite long. Goji was handled by Didi who Goji loved right off the bat! Didi listened to what we wanted, sent a video update for any last touch ups, and even gave me the heads up that in areas where Goji isn't quite ready yet, she will hold off until those areas are less sensitive for her. All in all, our girl came home smelling like flowers and I just love to bury my head in her soft hair and cuddle her. Thank you so much k9 spa for treating Goji so well on her first groom!

I have taken two of my dogs here and swear by the people and the service. They treat your four legged pups like their own. Also, K9 Spa gets into those spots you don't want to. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed by how clean it is here. I brought my dog in for a quick bath and a nail trim and just want to mention that the staff really took it to the next level with their customer service. The owner Jenny was very personable and I can tell she really took extra care in handling the dogs there. It's a small shop and that means more care and focus is spent on the dogs, which also means appointments do get booked fast, so I recommend calling early. I'll definitely be bringing my dog back here. Also wanted to mention that K9 Spa is actually inside Mr. Muggles doggy day care boarding which makes it very convenient if you ever need day care or need to board your dog and also want a wash/groom.

One of the best finds on yelp! As a first time dog mom, I wanted to make sure I found a great groomer and found K9 Spa through Yelp. First off, It's a nice walk from my place so that was a huge plus! I took my dog here for nail trimming they were really friendly, accommodating, and did a great job. I have been bringing my dog here once a month for that last 5 months now and my dog who is bit scared of most things, is really good when he comes here. I called them this morning because some of his eye brow hair was bothering his eye and they were able to see him today and it was quick and now my little guy is better! I am so glad I found this place to take my dog for his grooming needs. Very friendly and convenient. Recommended for sure!
