This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. Stephen was very clear in his communication, and I felt like he had my best interests in mind. He offered me the services I absolutely needed, and was honest about what additional things could be done but weren’t required so I didn’t overpay. Will be coming back in the future.

I brought my car in for service last March, and they did a great job, provided clear explanations of their work along with recommendations for other fixes needed on my very old car, and sent videos of each item recommended. The price was very fair!

Stephen is great. He always gives me great advice and has competitive pricing! Highly recommend him and his business.He is very upfront with his timelines for getting things looked at and fixed but usually has time to get things looked at quickly.

I had an old Subaru with many issues and Steven was able to help me prioritize and fix urgent needs in a very timely manner and fair price. Communication was very timely and clear. It's very nice to have a auto service place that takes time to really help you during a time of need and really take care to do their best. Will definitely go back with future issues with my Subaru.

If a job is worth doing it’s worth doing right…the dudes at k & c go above and beyond. Steven was busy at the front desk but chose to use text to communicate. I was able to send pictures and get diagnosed with an estimate. My serpentine belt was about to break and again in my opinion…. In a very professional, kind , and caring manner Steven made sure I was in the shop within a couple days. He even called me as soon as the part came in and offered to do it that day.If bed side manner was a thing in mechanics it exists here.Things have gone cold sometimes in the world and it’s hard to find a business that makes you feel appreciated as a customer. It’s a two way street… I’m very grateful for k&c and respect every bit of how they handled the business I brought to them.Pleasant vibrations despite being in troubled times. If you are looking for a trustworthy and competent mechanic, Steven is awesome. Gives full information and doesn't sell what you don't need (my car is a 2014 BMW428i).

Hands down the best. On top of doing extremely high quality auto work, Steven and his team are honest, responsive, and fairly priced. They originally solved an issue for me that the dealership couldn’t: in the intervening several years of coming to Steven, I’ve never once been disappointed. 10/10 recommend.
