"Unfortunately, my recent visit to the pet store was disappointing due to the disrespectful behavior of an employee named Emmy. Her customer service skills were severely lacking and her attitude was unprofessional.Emmy not only provided poor service but also resorted to name-calling, which was completely uncalled for. This behavior is unacceptable in any setting, especially in a place meant to assist and serve customers.I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by Emmy. It's disheartening to receive such treatment while trying to patronize a business. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure a more welcoming and respectful environment for all customers."Pet Food Express should Reconsider whom they hire.

I've been shopping here for my pup for a long time. No complaints about the supply, or cleanliness...any of those things. The customer service is pretty rocky though and sometimes puts me off about this place. I usually call it a day and don't mind it too much I get everyone has their own things going on, but the fact that it's every time I come in or communicate with this store is a bit annoying. I decided to write a review after calling them about an online order I had, I mistakenly chose the wrong size for one of the items which I expressed ... mind you it's hours before my pickup time. Anyways I'm super apologetic on the phone and both people I talk to including the manager just decide to rant to me about how they have to unload their supply and look through things and if and maybe if they have what I need they'll give it to me and if not they'll give me the original. I don't know as a paying customer just felt odd to tell me about the pains of your job. Trust me id love to tell the people I work for how annoying the process is to help them out but yeah anyways hope the employees days get better! sorry to have them unload boxes.

I really like just food for dogs as a product to feed my animals. I find this dog food highly recommendable. both my previous dog and my current dog have enjoyed. JFD is only getting three stars solely for being inside pet food express. Pet Food Express many years ago was a place that I wholeheartedly wanted to support and shop. these days it seems pet food express has gone from a charming small chain company to being in cahoots with Amazon. I don't appreciate the prices, the attitude, and the highly commercial brand products that are sold here. aside from just food for dogs product and some of its toppers, everything foodwise has an unbelievably long list of junk in the ingredients. The City has plenty fantastic little shops throughout that I appreciate and enjoy visiting as well as giving them my money. handing my money over to Amazon is just not a feel good transaction to me.

Had some time to kill & thought I'd look around Pet Food Express. I still miss the Gap which used to be at this location. From the outside it's impressive. Dedicated small, but free parking lot! Inside, so much more than pet food. There's an adoption zone, pet wash station, training pen, everything a dog could want from toys to gourmet food.Wait a minute, sign says Dog Food Only. Liars! There's a whole section inside to the left dedicated to cats. I guess the people have spoken & management listened.I can't speak to the services as I don't own a dog, but everyone seemed happy, the place is clean & well stocked.

I've spent thousands of dollars a year here, and it has a lot of strong points in terms of price and selection. But I asked for toys for my dog and was told this was indestructible. I tried one, and it was destroyed in the store. I got non apology saying "I apologize if you feel this way."

The staff are the best here! I've been fostering dogs for years and the employees at Pet Food Express are always so kind & helpful.My fur pups love it there!

This review is for BEN! I was feeling on pet overwhelm and then I walked into the Pet Food Express on Market, and Ben immediately greeted me and recognized me from the other location that had closed.After that warm greeting, we talked about an array of cat subjects and yes, he knew his A to Z's on every topic: cat treats, sprays to get the cat to stop chewing on my artsy stuff, and finally about raw foods. I actually had heard a lot about a raw diet, but it seemed too labor intensive. The product he showed me in their refrigerator section was perfect. All the ingredients in Tuckers Raw Frozen are just what others suggested. Ben's a gem....

Me and my puppy have been to many pretty stores..... This is the first store with adequate staffing and pleasant personal. Thank you to all three people who helped me today. First guy: told me I could use the dog park (cool)... Second person: Carrie ,(patient life saver... eternally grateful)) she helped me talk through my current needs and my expected need.... Thank you, thank you, thank you.... Third: shared your precious Shiba. Not only is this a useful store with pleasant employees, but the patrons where also nice. Me & my Shiba (normally timid) was happily meeting other dogs. This two minute visit lasted way longer.... Of course resulting in more donation to the cause of spoiling my baby. PS they also have place for self-washing your dog. Close to Perfect store.Thank you everyone,Sharine

I was in a couple days ago i was having some harness troubles i always come in whenever im having troubles with leashes,harnesses etc it was pretty understaffed but the guard with the long beautiful red hair helped me with harnesses usually its Carrie but the guard was amazing to know that even the guard knows about harnesses an food she was very helpful thank you Miss JJ BTW i was there a few days ago when a strange looking fellow came in but when he locked eyes with her he turned his "high"tail around an quickly disappeared

best store service i've EVER had jennifer and isis listened to my story of my dead cat and the new one i've been trying to move on with im so grateful to the two of them for taking my kittens picky diet into consideration and getting him the best food possible im definitely coming back!!
