After visiting multiple shops at the SF Jewelry Center, including several from whom I had purchased other jewelry prior, choosing JUST BANDS for my 20th anniversary ring was the best decision I could have made. From the beginning, working with Ashley was a fun, collaborative process. She was consistently patient and down to earth in discussing all my ideas and her honest feedback and extensive experience helped me consider pros and cons, narrow down choices, and ultimately finalize the setting style for my new center stone. At that point, she began the custom design process, shared proposal images via email and made changes after I requested modifications to the prongs, etc. Once the platinum setting was fabricated, my husband and I brought our stone and Raffi ensured their in-house diamond setter completed the ring the same day! He also showed us how to view the GIA inscription via microscope. Overall it was a wonderful experience to partner with Just Bands in the end to end creative process for the most important jewelry of my life. Tremendous thanks to the entire team for exemplary courtesy and professionalism.

My former boss introduced me to Just Bands. She is in her 60s and her father used to do business with them twenty years ago. This is a solid business I highly recommend. With Just Bands you get everything: - second generation family business with their own manufacturer in the building (surprisingly, very few shops in the Gift Center have that) - unparalleled personal attention - I went back five times before I finalized my ring design - access to a nationwide network of diamond sellers so you can have a unique stone that fits your personality and style, not just pick one of the pre-made rings for a quick sale - Just Bands ordered three different stones for me to look at from dealers throughout the country. I did not want a standard diamond cut and most of the other shops within the Gift Center told me that what I was looking for does not exist. Just Bands found three stones within the US and said there is a fourth one in Brussels they could order if one of the first three does not work out. - down to earth, human, kind, no pressure treatment from both Ashley and Raffi. Creating your own ring is such a personal experience and a life milestone, for me it was important not to just love the end result (which I do), but to also have good memories of how it came together. If you are intimidated by the idea of getting an engagement ring (like I was), I suggest Just Bands is the first place you visit in the Gift Center. You won't be disappointed.

I've had multiple items made by Just Bands but nothing could have prepared me for how spectacular my engagement ring would turn out. I worked with Andre to design this ring to look similar to the Soleste ring by Tiffany & Co. and truthfully my ring turned out better than all the rings I tried on at Tiffany & Co. and it was very affordable. I can't believe I was able to get a custom made ring that looks like this for the price we paid! This ring is perfection. Absolute perfection! This ring would have easily cost $30,000-$40,000 at Tiffany & Co. and it wouldn't have been as pretty. I couldn't be any happier with the end result and I love that it's a custom ring that no one else has. The Tiffany & Co. Soleste ring is constantly being posted on eBay. Tons of people have it. No one has mine!

I got married in June and in July I came to get my perfect wedding band designed. I went to see Ellie at SFE jewelers suite 111 inside of the gift center & jewelry mart. I had no idea what I wanted but she let me try on a bunch of different styles with my ring. I got an idea from the rings, but wasn't set on a specific style I tried on to match with my ring. My ring is round and white gold, but for my band I wanted it to be pointy, yellow gold, and fit around my ring perfectly. Ellie designed my ring and I couldn't be happier, it was just what I wanted! We decided to make one band instead of two and it turned out beautiful. I'd highly recommend suite 111 if you are looking to get a wedding or engagement ring. Especially if you want it custom designed. The quality of diamonds are beautiful and i can't wait to come back to get more jewelry designed.

I had the most wonderful experience at this store and am in love with my wedding ring! The customer service was hands down the best I have experienced at any ring store. Ashley was amazing and sooo helpful! I also just really enjoyed chatting with her! I never felt at all rushed and she spent hours helping me find the perfect ring. I had initially purchased a band from another store and after a nightmare experience there, I was dreading to have to go through the process again, but Just Bands made the process stress free and fun - as it should be! Ashley even stayed an hour late after the store closed just so that I could pick up my ring in time for the holidays. I would highly recommend Just Bands and Ashley! Amazing experience and store.

I love going to the gift center. I've been going every December for I don't know how many years now. Around the holidays they have day passes so you can get in. Make sure to bring ID. They have great gold jewelry, silver jewelry, costume jewelry, fun Christmas ornaments scarves hats and diamonds. Everything is whole sale, which is absolutely amazing! This year was really nice because the building is big and they have all the stores on one floor. So much fun. I recommend making a day of it on a Saturday Because time goes so quick while your in there. Then finding someplace locally in the city to eat. Happy shopping!

We bought my engagement ring, wedding bands, and wedding jewelry from Arthur at Padis. He was fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. He took his time and was so patient with us while we spent a couple hours looking for the perfect diamond for my engagement ring. =)

Hands down best service I ever received. Bought and designed my wife's ring with Raffi 5yrs ago and it looks as amazing as the day I received it. He held my hand and took me step by step through the process. Even went as far as hand delivering me the rings when I was busy with work. A1 service and commitment. I truly love these guys and have always gone to them for all my jewelry needs.

Simply fantastic to work with. Had my fiancée's engagement ring custom made here over the past few months. Everyone was friendly, patient, and welcoming. Andre worked with me to get the perfect ring made and advised me the whole way. Fantastic service and fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend them.

This place is a big hit or miss for most people. There's about a good mix of 95% jewelry stores/designer here and about only 5% actual gem dealers. We came here looking for a good deal for some jewelry. Since it said "now open to the public". After coming here and seeing 1/4 of the stores here was close or vacant and the only store that were open was crazy busy. We waited for 15 minutes for some help at 2 of these jewelry store. But we didn't get anyone to really help us. So we end up leaving. I'm sure if you go in everyyyyyyy store you might get a good deal however this isn't a "wholesale" deal. Before you come, set your expectation for this a lot lower than you heard. Its just a mini mall with a lot of jewelry stores.

Love coming here! My family buys their diamonds and gold from here. I buy my Silver and have bought some white gold pieces. Lots of shops to choose from and you can try and bargain a little more from their wholesale prices.

Andre is the best. This is now our second time working with Just Bands. They made our wedding bands three years ago and they still look good today. The free cleanings made them both sparkle again - the difference was amazing!
