10/10 would recommend!!!! Got off work and my tire was flat, pulled up to JT’s and they fixed my tire on the spot. I’ll most def be coming back for all my car needs. They are on point!!!

Love this place. They always do solid work, and I never feel like they're trying to overcharge me, Last time I was there they properly diagnosed one of my engine mounts was bad, after the fix the bad noise was gone and things felt less jarring when I went over potholes and speed bumps.

I used to bring my car to the Quality auto repair shop on 19th and Kirkham, but they shut down. In search of another auto mechanic, I recently had some work done by these guys. I have to say I was impressed with the service and cost of the repairs. The staff was very helpful in helping me understand the issues with my car and performed the work very quickly. It was nice to know I can call ahead and make an appointment for my repairs if needed too. There were honest and did some extra inspections on the car at no charge to ensure it was running properly. Highly recommend this place! My family goes here whenever we need maintenance and repairs. They are very responsive, honest, and efficient. Love this place. Reasonable pricing, local business. Always do a great and honest job. Have never worked on my car when not needed. I find myself begging them to "service" something and they continue to reassure me there's nothing wrong with the car, haha. My dad took all his cars here for major repairs when he still had Phil's Refrigeration & Appliances. Those were really good times. Feels like we are all being swallowed up by billionaires. Please support our local businesses, especially the blue collar ones. My dad would've wanted it that way. These guys deserve this review.

Went to ask if my brakes pads needed a change. They said they only had between 2-3 millimeters left and needed immediate change, together with the rotors. They quoted 1500+ usd. I decided to do the job myself. Pads were actuallly not worn and rotors were fine too. Was it a bad call?Photo of the existing pad compared to a new one, there is a full centimeter left.——Edited as a reply to the response from TJ:The quote was for the 4 pads and 4 rotors (front and back).You mentioned that back pads had 3 mm left, front had 2mm and both were due for a change. You said rotors would make noise if not changed together with pads.Reality was very different, none of the pads nor rotors were due for a change.In fairness I looked up again the quote it was 1379 usd not 1500+ usd.I spent time and money on this for nothing but this bad call so I ll keep the one star review sorry.

My car had a grinding noise. Took it to Midas and they missed it. Went to JT's after and they caught the problem and fixed it. JT>Midas.
