I came here with an elderly friend who needed special shoes recommended by her podiatrist. Jeff treated my friend like she was a VIP and was patient and kind. He was very clear about the different features of the shoes she needed and gave us a 10% discount because of the podiatrist referral, even though we didn't know about it. I will definitely come back -- ask for JEFF -- he is a great sales person.

Had to cancel an order. It took a few days to get back to me but when they did they were quick. They canceled the order within one day and it was credited to my account.

I receive merchandise after Christmas it was very difficult to find a company and email and phone number kept getting the runaround. I found out about this product on the Kelly Clarkson show, now I have nothing to do with her but the person who promoted it. That being said this item was not made in the USA , it was made in China and due to the pandemic which we were not aware of that’s why it took so long for them to send to me. I am not prejudice I have a lot of friends who are Asian. Because the companies in the USA don’t mean it was made in the USA. Though they are very intelligent people. But I got those earbuds connected a few months only thing that really works is the charger but the earbuds don’t work at all they stopped working after five months and I’ve barely ever worn I’m not a teenager to sit there and put them in my ears all the time. I’m very disappointed I will not ever. I will never buy from Joyus. And I did find your phone number they will not return my item I sent him several emails and even called them. They’re a bunch a rip offs as far as I feel. They don’t stand behind their name and you would think all those people that did not receive there merchandise that they would write a review and say were sorry that you didn’t received your merchandise and we will do our best to get your merchandise. And apologize. They don’t stand behind there name, we live in a competitive world today. This is my edit version of what I wrote the first time and like I said if I had zero I would put a zero but they don’t allow that.

This is a fraud company. Please don’t order anything they take the payment and don’t send you anything. I ordered hair extensions and never got them been over 2 months. Try to call them phone # discount, so please save your money. I highly recommend not to order anything from this company:(

I ordered this item from Kelly Clarkson show a man came out and said OK they have great deals at this company never ordered never heard of this place. That being said I am going to the various business bureau and also contacting Kelly Clarkson by Facebook or Instagram or Twitter. To let her know that this company is bogus no phone number is bogus we have not received my item is past due. I want a refund they don’t update their website for tracking order. First time I’ve heard of this company .I am dissatisfied with this company I am furious I am going to the media I am so furious About not receiving my item and the reviews are horrible. I just read reviews on this company and they are horrible no one has received the merchandise.And I will file a lawsuit I don’t care how much the item is if it’s $10 or whatever it is it doesn’t matter it’s the principle of the matter an item was not received as promised. Item was over $10 of course. Good luck with your company because it’s gonna go down and believe me it’s messing with the wrong person

I ordered an Alkaline water bottle as a Christmas gift. I still have not received it. I have tried 2 emails. No response. I tried calling. Line is continually busy. Terrible customer service. I am now contacting my credit card company to dispute being billed for this!
