Joshin and his staff are top notch. He has been my insurance agent for over three years, and I am very happy with my experience. I used to have my cars insured with another carrier, but now all of my policies (home, umbrella, auto) are through this office. Their response time to any of my inquiries is very quick, and I recommend this agent wholeheartedly.

Evelyn answered the phone even though they were short staffed and busy. She made the corrections I needed to my renters insurance declaration and emailed it to me so I could get it to my landlord asap. She was friendly and efficient. Thank you Evelyn!

I rarely give negative reviews because I always believe businesses should be given a second chance. However, I have only had such disappointing experiences with this agency that a 2 is the best I can give. I used this agency because my parents had for many, many years and wanted their home to stay insured with them even after they moved out to rent it. I took over all their insurance and in the several years I've been with this agency, communication was always extremely slow and I would have to send email after email to get any response. A couple of months ago I got an email where they said they were cancelling my insurance for a reason that made no sense. I emailed and called them immediately with no response. I then went ahead and found another agency to cover the insurance. 2 MONTHS LATER someone from the office finally responds to my email and tells me they don't understand why my insurance was cancelled. I had no energy to even respond to that. They lost a customer and I feel I should warn others that this is what I experienced.
