Everything in the store is beautiful. We loved all the designs!The problem is, the quality of the furniture is terrible. It's all manufacturer abroad in places like India and the quality control is terrible. It also seems like they change manufacturers regularly so there's little consistency to what you're going to get.We bought 3 pieces:1. Arcade cabinetThe doors don't line up perfectly. Even the piece in the showroom had issues 2. Capsule mirrorThe installation hardware and instructions were terrible. The mirror in the showroom wasn't liven. Should have been a red flag. We had to hire a professional installer.3. Leopard Beaded Wall ArtThe mounting hardware was not level so we had to install our own.Overall I'd say: don't expect high quality stuff, inspect everything you get upon delivery, and if it's not perfect, send it back for a refund.

Great furniture and decor store for groovy rich people. Bright colors, 70's styles, and funky furniture. There were drug references written on vases, large $200 pharmaceutical pills crafted out of acrlyic, beaded wall art depicting a woman smoking something that was possibly laced, candles, 3 foot tall wicker bananas, chairs with optical illusions on the fabric, and things of that nature. For some reason, there was even a $150 "quaaludes" container being sold here.The person working at the store was not friendly.

I have always loved Jonathan Adler for gifts ( I am a real estate agent)...it is my go-to. Chris, the manager is such an asset to the company and turns Jonathan Adler admirers into life time clients. He is amazing!

Schofields has been around since before I was born. I'm in my seventies. It is always meant fine furniture and fine service. I own one of its mahogany Federal China closets with hand blown glass lights. That particular piece was originally made in the 1920s and I bought it from the original owner in an estate sale. I still have it and they still make that particular piece. A beautifully crafted item with a drop-down desk and below, a set of drawers drawers with brass pulls.

Amazing service by Chris! I walked by the shop earlier in the week and spotted an amazing cabinet that I knew would look amazing in my moms house (late holiday gift). Unfortunately, the shop was closed for lunch and I didn't have time to wait. I snapped a photo of the cabinet and called the shop when they reopened. Chris, the store manager, picked up and was super helpful from the beginning. I need dimensions, pricing, etc. and even though he was busy with other customers at the store, he was still able to help me out. I placed the order over the phone and was super happy how easy and seamless the process was. Chris emailed me over the credit card authorization form and placed the order once I sent it back to him. Can't wait to have the beautiful piece in my moms living room!

Good products, but be warned that if you buy anything, you will never, ever get off their mail list. I've been asking, in writing, to be removed from their mail list several times a year for almost five years. They acknowledge the requests but don't take action. A few months later, there's always another tree-killing JA catalogue junking up my mailbox.I don't know whether it's spite or incompetence, but disregarding repeated requests for privacy is a terrible way to build a customer relationship. I will never do business with them again.

I absolutely love Jonathan Adler San Francisco! I've been blown away in a short amount of time by how kind, helpful, professional, responsive and efficient the team at this store is. They are truly awesome. Be supportive of JA SF, and when the smoke clears go shop there. Jonathan Adler furniture is exquisite. It is the polar opposite of Ikea. I only mention Ikea because so many people still buy from them rather than investing in well-made furniture. I highly recommend that people spend more and invest in good furniture that not only looks incredible but lasts a lifetime. This is also much better for our environment which Ikea is ruining by making total crap that lasts for 1 use or 1 yr and then goes to landfill! And not only is Jonathan Adler furniture gorgeous,, but the company is really cool and environmentally conscious. I discovered that quickly when talking with the wonderful Waiton at JA San Francisco. Thanks for being a great Jonathan Adler location to make San Francisco proud!

Jonathan Adler in Moraga is one of my favourite places to shop. Not to busy, plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff. With a wide variety of unique merchandise to choose from. If your looking to decorate your home for a reasonable price this is the place.

Terrible customer service. Condescending and rude. The credenza arrived with drawers misaligned. We emailed customer service stating one drawer sits higher than the other and they responded the drawers are supposed to be misaligned side by side. We emailed them again stating one drawer sits higher than the other. They wrote back "As previously stated..." They went on to state it was our responsibility to look at the pictures on their website, that the pictures on the site show the drawers are purposely misaligned. We went back and looked at the website, if you zoom in you can see the drawers are misaligned side by side. Our issue is that one drawer sits higher than the other. This product is poor quality and the customer service is the worst. No excuse for the rudeness.

Finally got to take a trip inside the store. Absolutely wonderful beautiful beautiful items great artwork perfect room settings great guess. Would love everything almost inside the store. Nice staff will be back

Bad customer service. I ordered something for my sister expected to arrive by the 10th. When it hadn't shipped several days later, I called customer service to ask if they could please expedite the shipping since it was a birthday gift. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They shipped it out regular shipping without following up with me, and when I called on Monday to follow up, I was told it would arrive on Tuesday the 17th, a week after my sisters' birthday, and there was nothing they could do about it.
