Joan helped us train our puppy. She was excellent, and gave us the help we needed when we needed it. She had good empathy with our puppy and with me and my wife.

Joan is a capable professional and took outstanding care of our two dogs. They love her and look forward to her coming to stay. She is courteous, clean, and takes excellent care of her wards. We always feel calm when Joan is at the house with our two dogs.
