Jing and her staff are super responsive to my email inquiries and has answers at their fingertips. For example, I asked if anything I can do to prevent catalytic converter theft. Jing recommended that I keep the deductible for my comprehensive low (mine is $100) as catalytic converter replacement is covered under the comprehensive policy, and that policy is relatively inexpensive.

An auto burglar blew out my passenger side window on the eve of an atmospheric river-rain event. I e-mailed Jing's office to inform them of the incident and sent photos. Words can't express my delight at being called within an hour of my e-mail transmission -- by Jing herself. She was sympathetic and super helpful, providing advice and information about claims filing and processing. Now, that's service. I highly recommend her insurance agency without hesitation.
