I find Jensen's Mail & Copy staff to be most courteous, helpful, and professional. Having used Jensen's services many times over the years for express mailing and copying needs. However, this time, I required a self-inking stamp to be made. The price was most reasonable. I received it in a most expeditious manner. Also, the stamp is a quality product. I highly recommend Jensen's Mail & Copy.

Definitely go here if you want to be cheated by gross charges. Jensen's offers printing, which is great. You just have to email it to them or bring a USB. A single printout is less than $.30 or so. However, for them to open up your email and press print, that's $1.95. They call it a "computer fee". Ridiculous. This is just a way for them to cheat their customers out of $1.95 because they can. It is a vile business practice. Don't print anything here. Ever. 1 star because the employees are nice and I can throw my packages in their bins without having to go UPS or FedEx only spots.

The store is convenient and the employees are super nice, but the owner is a JERK. Theyre remodeling at the moment and since I drop packages off once in a blue moon, I didnt know that. No problem. The owner came up to me and told me other places to go. No problem. But then it got weird and unnecessarily antagonistic. He starts to go down the list of ways that he notified the public (website, sign on door, etc). Im not responding and just sort of scrambled because it had been a long day and I was thrown for a loop with the closure. I'm human, these things happen. Im not mad about it. I guess my lack of response triggered him because then I get a real snarky "If I could have phoned you at home, I would have" I asked him to please not drag me-I was just trying to drop off some packages. Some more snarky words in response and justification of the behavior because "he's been getting it all day". I say "well, I just got here, dont take it out on me" which got me one of those syrupy sweet, passive aggressive "you have yourself a WONDERFUL afternoon" Ugh. If this is how he treats his customers during a remodel, I hope he's not surprised when he doesn't have any after the remodel.

I have dropped off a fed ex return and after the week's gone, fed ex didn't have a record of it being scanned. I have called this business and came to the store to ask for assistance and all the answer I got from them is "that's between you and fedex." They have accepted and made business with that package and yet they have no accountability at all. I asked if this ever happened before, and they say this is a unique case and it never happened before. I will inquire to BBB as to where their liability ends. All I was asking from them was a guidance in what next step I can take and they sounded so apathetic.

This review goes to the owner's store. Jensen's mail has great services and we used their services many times in the past with great customer service, but today, we had a very unpleasant experience. "KEVIN" was very unprofessional, rude, impolite, to the point that he was almost screaming at us. This was completely unacceptable. We were disgusted for his behavior. I really hope this review reaches the owner and some further action is done. Sadly after we went today, not sure if we will ever comeback again.

I've used this place a few times to mail items and print copies and the staff is wonderful, professional and the prints always come out very well.

Good reliable and very helpful Jensen's . I been going here for years. With most technology being accessible this places is the place for the things that require more than your personal office equipment. This place is for my UPS shipments and they also do notary here. One stop shop that stood the test of time with people who care.

I once had to make a single copy of each page of a multi page document and the man at the counter was so busy gabbing with some friend he paid no mind to the copy machines and instead of having them checked, cleaned and reset after each customer's use, he just left it there, for when I went to use it and instead of one page each, it was making like 30 pages each. And when I yelled, help, help, he got all huffy at me and yelled he was calling the cops, then the lady in the back room came out and told him to call the cops, which they got a policeman outside to come in and stand there and force me to pay for every single copy and never offered to emergency stop the machine which was apparently incorrectly set. I think that was wrong and over kill and that is just how horrible those people are. I would never use them for anything ever again, even if they were the last mail, copy, fax and ship place in all of SF. Simply - NEVER. That was a few years back and to this day, I still cannot forget how they got mad at me for waving and yelling for their attention while they ignored me with their friend behind the counter instead of coming over ASAP and making a correction. They are not a customer friendly place except maybe to a small clique few perhaps.
