I spent over $7000 in repairs and three weeks without my car only to leave the shop with a nail in my tire. I called immediately upon seeing my indicator light signaling to check my tire pressure and was told to bring the car back. I couldn’t do that due to work and having already missed work due to the repairs i couldn’t afford to miss more work. Instead I got the tire replaced at my own expense and when I told them they said they would pay for half because I didn’t bring it back to them immediately. I had to work! I’m so disheartened by their reaction and disappointed.

excellent customer service! The team was very good at keeping me updated at all times in a very detailed manner, both via email and by phone. Reasonable pricing and most importantly, everyone had a great and friendly attitude. Will definitely be going back for all service issues!

I was expecting to be charged for initial diagnosis for a faulty LCD panel in my 2012 Audi S4, but after it was determined that I would have to take car to an Audi dealership, the whole amount was not charged. I was also given excellent recommendations for a local dealer. I think I’ve found my next repair shop for servicing. 10/10. Would recommend again

The absolute best customer service!! Gelina was able to provide an initial estimate after reaching out via an online forum, answer all my questions and provide a service and battery change on the car all within a quick turn around time!
