As someone has already said, Osasu rocks. My Canon laser printer was leaving large trails of yellow toner on every copy. Osasu clearly explained how laser printers work, and where there can be problems. He fixed the problem with the random yellow marks, and took care of connectivity problems we were having with a newly installed mesh network, again with a smooth competency and an ability to explain what was happening and how to fix it in the future. Osasu is very personable and very knowledgeable. It's fabulous to have someone whose rates are reasonable, response is nearly instantaneous, and is competent.

They do not know how to work on okidata dot matrix printers. They will come out and try to google the machine they are supposed to know how to work on--and bill you for all of the time their inexperience takes. It's like taking someone with mechanical experience trying to figure out a machine they've never worked on. When you hire someone to do a job, you expect an experienced representative that can figure out the problem quickly and then pay for labor and parts. With this company, you get a bill and your equipment doesn't get fixed, even though much labor was spent on it. Do not use them for printer repair!
