I was sold a charger from imotion that doesn’t work and they will not offer a refund for it. The very kind manager stated he did not want his name on the return and told me I needed to call corporate. They don’t accept returns on chargers because they are concerned about people using it as a rental. They should add that to the bussiness model then if that’s what is concerning them. Also this is not displayed anywhere that chargers are not refundable. If you are reading this it’s prob too late and you are out 43 dollars.

The gentleman running the counter was kind enough to provide me recommended products for my specific needs. He was additionally transparent about pricing, warranty, and other contents. Never thought I’d buy a good pair of headphones at an airport; this is certainly a first, and deservedly so.

Even though they didn't have what I needed, the friendly eloquent man told me which other store in the airport might have it. Five stars for customer service, would buy from them if they had what I needed.
