This is a motel with paper thin walls.

The rooms are nice but ours smelled like urine. Also there's a bathroom window you can see in. The staff was really nice and it was a good stay in a pinch. We needed a place last minute and it did the trick. They were also very accommodating to us as we needed a late checkout.

Very unique place but I really enjoyed it!! So many cozy patios with fire pits to relax and enjoy the city views. Tucked away in a nice area and secure. Even though this hotel doesn’t have its own breakfast or dinner restaurant there’s plenty around. Everything was modern even the high tech toilets.I’ll certainly stay here again on my next trip

The hotel at first glance appears very modern with lovely outside spaces. Also it is in a good location and has pleasant staff. The problems with the room stem from the overall architecture. There are no windows facing outside to the street, they are all facing an internal corridor. Most of the time you need to shut your blackout shades unless you want to continually view all the guests, staff traveling down the corridors. The noise levels are very high as there are concrete corridors where the sounds of carts, luggage, etc are amplified. The corridors are open to the patio below so any noise from down below travels upward. There were other nitpicky issues with room ie bathroom door won’t shut all the way and shower issues.I can’t say I would ever stay here again.

Wow. From the time I booked the hotel we had exemplary customer service. I messaged the hotel 2 days out and asked a few questions in the chat about parking and food options. I received excellent information from a person named Farid. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly and professional person at the front desk. I didn't catch their name but they made everything easy for us. Welcomed us, gave recommendations, when our door dash arrived they called to notify us. When our second door dash arrived lol You got to have dessert, they walked it up to our room. My companion kept raving about the excellent service and what a nice hotel this was. The rooms are spotless, the location 10/10, just WOW. The rooftop patios are clean, welcoming spaces. We watched the sunset from one, the sunrise from another. When we checked out this morning I asked the morning crew (who were also extremely kind and accomadating) what the name of the person that helped us and they shared with me that it was in fact, Farid!!! This is a great example how one fantastic staff person who is committed to doing a great job can make your customer experience shine. We will be back and it will be because Farid went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable at every turn.Rooms: So fresh and so clean!!Nearby activities: Again.Safety: We felt very safe.Walkability: There are literally a million businesses, restaurants, bodegas, tourist attractions within walking distance.Food & drinks: See above.

False advertising for parking on the Hilton App. App shows secure parking, but when you google the garage, the hotel has you self park and the reviews are just smashed windows. Be aware.

Got one of the king rooms on the second floor and we were placed above the coffee shop. At 7am I started hearing the heavy bass of the coffee shop plus intermittent motor noises while they were making smoothies or something. It's an independent business and the place was tiny, about the width of one room. It's not like the hotel can really control the coffee shop but if you need a king bed, ask to NOT be above the coffee shop unless you need a natural wakeup call.Other than the room location, the rest of my experience was great, especially the service. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. I only stayed in the coffee shop room one night; the staff was empathetic but I had already checked out.I like that this hotel has a drop-off pickup area that's about three car lengths. That was super convenient.Safety: The parking is a big aspect of safety. If you're staying here, odds are you're a tourist. Be aware that in San Francisco, if you have ANY bag or suitcase visible in your rental car, the windows will likely be smashed in. Infinity doesn't own their parking garages. There's one directly across the street which is totally open to the public. Any passerby can walk in the garage. There may be a guard but that's only certain hours. I made sure to remove everything from the car and after one night, fortunately had no issues.

I needed to charge my Onewheel and the gentleman working the front desk was very kind in allowing me to do so. I relaxed by the fire pit while my board charged for 30 mins. This was extremely refreshing in a city like San Francisco where an act of kindness like that is unfortunately a rare occurrence.

What a gem of a hotel! Easy access to mass transit, clean, and a great location. Sami, Juliana, and the staff were so incredibly accommodating and helpful! The Twisted Street cafe is a super breakfast spot next door.

Room was clean and service was friendly, that’s all you can ask for in a hotel! The parking situation is not very ideal being in a privately owned tower across the street with a maximum of 24hrs, meaning you need to go back and buy another 24hrs each day. That being said, the hotel location is PERFECT for using bus 28 to get around to all the attractions. Had I known this ahead of time I would have skipped a car rental and taken the bus. It stops directly in front of the hotel and goes to all the main attractions like curvy Lombard St, Fisherman’s Wharf, Golden Gate Park, and the Golden Gate Bridge visitor center. Would stay here again next time I’m in SF.Safety: Hotel is organized with room doors opening out to the outside center courtyard, almost like a motel. It gave it a very nice feel and was very secure.Walkability: Extremely walkable area that was safe with great access to the bus.

This Hilton property is conveniently located if you want to be near the GG Bridge, Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39 etc. The rooms are mid size, modern decor and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Did not need to use whatever parking possibly is available, so I don’t know how convenient parking would be. Using ride share service made coming and going from the hotel very easy and convenient. The layout of the rooms leaves more to be desired as they face the center of the hotel and all open to the outside. The noise level is high because the whole center of the hotel is open air and when people walk by, you are able to clearly hear them. Privacy can only be achieved if you completely close both window shades, which makes the room like a closet. All in all my stay was OK. Probably will look for another Hilton property in the area to stay at if I stay in that area of SF again.

Staff and comfort were up to Hilton standard, no complaints there, but two things really frustrated me about this hotel:1. It's loud. Unless you turn the fan on at night, the slamming doors and conversations will most likely keep you awake.2. There are no external facing windows in the rooms. The one window points into the hallway, which is brightly lit and not private. Personally, I hate sleeping with blackout curtains since I like to be woken by the light, and this wasn't possible here. It also wasn't really possible to keep the window shades open since then there was no privacy.
