This is long overdue! Or, Navaz, Juan, and their did a phenomenal job remodeling the entire inside of our home. We did a full kitchen and bathrooms gut/remodel, restructured the flow of the back half of our home, added a laundry closet, and redid the bedroom closets to be more efficient. Navaz was our main point of contact and he was very attentive, ensuring that we were well informed along the way. They were able to stay (mostly) on time and budget, even with some unexpected updates that were necessary due to age of the building.The quality of installation for our cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, or flooring were excellent. As we have lived in the home over the past few months, we have noticed things that needed to be updated, and Navaz and Or have made sure to send out a crew and fix these things, and they have also stopped by to ensure we are happy.When I first signed with them, I am unsure if the reviews were legit but truly, the work is top notch. Unfortunately, I have to change my review. After a few weeks of use, our new hardwood floors started to squeak loudly, turned out they were not installed properly. We started the communication at the end of April, asking them to come back. A few appointments were scheduled but nobody came. We contacted 2 more people who we worked with before mid-May. They told us they will come back but again nobody came for weeks. We were constantly communicating (or trying) but nobody seemed to take our complaints seriously. Finally, 2 weeks ago they came to check the floors and we were told they will fix it and pay for the floor but we will need to pay more for fixing the subfloor - we have not heard back since then. I understand this is a hassle for them, but this is an even bigger hassle for us and we are supposed to pay for their mistake. Obviously, a correctly installed floor was part of the original quote. Our neighbors are constantly complaining that they can hear us walking - and I can't blame them, these floors are loud. We are very disappointed with how things are at the moment.

My mom made the appointment by calling Habitat Renovation. She was told the repair tech would arrrive the next day between 2 and 3 pm. He never called or showed up! Of course, we are not customers if the dude never showed up or even called about rescheduling the appointment!We lost interest in using this company due to this lack of professionalism, so admittedly we don't know about the quality of work performed elsewhere.

I hired Infinity Construction at the end of 2022 to remodel a newly purchased condo that was built in the 1950's. The progress was a little slow in the beginning, but once Navaz, Elmer, and Carlos were assigned to the project, the pace picked up. It took about five months to remodel a two bed, two bath condo, including electrical and HVAC work and installation of a dry bar. Construction ended up creating some minor cracks in my neighbor's wall; but as soon as I notified Navaz, he checked out the damages and quickly set up a time for patch-up work. I was impressed by how fast the issue was resolved. A big thanks to Navaz and Carlos for managing the project so well and for providing such superb workmanship.

We worked with Or and Navaz and team to redo our kitchen and a bathroom in San Francisco. Early on in the project there was an issue which resulted in some flooding in part of the house. Or immediately took responsibility and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I don't believe all contractors would have handled the situation with similar integrity and high accountability. We are very very pleased with how our kitchen and bathroom (and new hardwood floors) look and we feel we got good value for the overall cost of the project. Highly recommend this team -- we would definitely work with them again!

Or and his team performed a phenomenal job remodeling the entire inside (kitchen, bathrooms, floor, staircase) and painting the exterior. His professionalism is unquestionable. Most important of all, Or was very attentive, ensuring that we were comfortable with what he’d do based on our expectations of what we wanted to be done. As he told us, sit back and enjoy the ride. They were always timely and completely dedicated to the job at hand from start to finish. We were always apprised throughout the project, including asking and providing recommendations on certain details. Again Or and his team were very focused on ensuring attention to detail on installation, whether it was our cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, or flooring. All were cleanly installed and worked without a hitch. All work was completed in the time we were told. That was totally awesome, not a rush job, but consistent throughout. Make no mistake, because of the confidence, satisfaction, and quality of work, we intend to hire Or’s team for all of our future projects. We had a positive experience working with Habitat in the fall of 2021 into the winter of 2022. We remodeled our kitchen, and bathrooms, upgraded electricity and upgraded/refreshed many other parts the condo. From the start the team showed professionalism and collaboration as they showed up on time to initially examine the property, did the most thorough walkthrough of any contractor and had the most detailed quote to us within hours. Throughout the project communication was healthy. The quality of work was high and in the few situations where there was a mistake, they did not hesitate to fix the issue when it was brought to their attention. We found the price to be fair and just as importantly the final bill aligned with our initial quote. Finally they provided value add advice such as not adding a staircase but instead adding a half bath which we found quite helpful. I would look to use Habitat again.

I have had the opportunity over the years to witness work done with a number of contractors used by friends and family in the past. Not all experienced a positive outcome. It has been a different experience with Infinity Construction. Throughout the course of the project, Or and his team made every effort to make the construction process pleasant and productive. His professionalism and attention to detail is amazing and appreciated. I recommend anyone to seek them out first. No time will go wasted.

This team did a fabulous remodel of our bathroom. Everyone from the company we worked with was professional and polite. They were respectful while working in our home, which we greatly appreciated. They are the best contracting company we have worked with so far. Reliable, good attention to detail, and easy to work with them. I highly recommend it.

This was my first major remodel and as someone who likes to be as prepared as possible I did everything that I could to avoid any project delays. In fact, before the project even started I had 90% of the materials sitting in my garage. I read that not having materials can cause huge delays. This leads me to my 3 star review. I'll start with the bad and end with the good. The project took approx. 3 months. I had planned for a month and a half at the most, keep in mind 90% of the material were already onsite. I moved to my friends place in San Ramon during the project. The company has an app that is really great where they upload photos of the project every week so you can see how things are coming along. This stopped and I would often have to ask about the photo updates. (I would recommend a checklist for leads when doing home visits so no stone is unturned.) Several times during the project my neighbor text me and asking if my bathroom was done because he hadn't heard anyone in a few days. This ofcourse caused me to drive the hour and some change to my place from San Ramon to see what was going on. Sure enough no one was there or they were working half days. I even started to spend the night to observe what was going on. This was not ideal considering this was pulling me away from my own job, the commute was disastrous and there was no shower. Or was kind enough to put a porta potty outside for me so I did use that. I was constantly reaching out to the lead asking what was going on and how much longer things were going to take. At this point we were into month two and it was always, a couple more weeks. One incident involved calls to me when I was in SR about a piece missing that was needed for the shower and that the inspector was coming. I reviewed my inventory list and said it was in the garage. The next day calls again about the part not being in garage. I spoke to the lead and asked if he checked himself and I was told no. I asked him to check. He called me again and said the part wasn't there and they would have to push the inspection back. I drove in from SR, and hour and some change, went into my garage and sure enough there was the part. I called the lead very upset about the time I had to spend to do this and asked if he even looked. He said he didn't. It was basically one thing after another and I feel like I took on a VERY stressful job that requires LOTS of involvement. The 3rd month I went out of town for work. The whole project was suppose to be done when I got home. While away I received a text abt picking up the final check and I said to come by when I returned home. When I got home, there was holes in the wall that hadn't been fixed and outlets that hadn't been covered. I was so angry I didn't even want to work with the company anymore. In the end they came and fixed everything in one day. I would say that this experience was traumatic for me and that I'm still recovering. The timeline, living away from home for almost 3 months and the stress of having to drive home to make sure people were working was a lot. No project of this scale should take this long. Did I mention I had 90% of the materials already? Mentioning it again in case you missed it. The good stuff. Bathroom came out beautiful, my lead, Navaz, who I got mid project was good to work with. I could tell he wanted me to be happy but that he also only had so much control over things. He did have control over inspecting though. This should never be amiss. I digress, like I mentioned I'm still recovering. There were a few mixups that I was very happy that they fixed. Everyone is very responsive which I love. I also had the electricity go out in the evening and someone came out right away to fix which appreciated. Navaz is very supportive, he also wants the project to go well. As far as bathroom expectations went, look wise, it wasn't perfect but dam near close. In conclusion, the majority of my frustration is around how long the project took and how involved I had to get for them to finish. It was

The team of Infinity Construction did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. We absolutely love it and really admired his help with the design. He also finished up some painting work in one of the rooms and looks fantastic. We will never use anyone else to make any home renovation.

Infinity Construction is top-notch. From day one, this crew was efficient and helpful and very satisfactory about keeping us informed on what was happening, what was going to happen next, and timelines. I will be calling them again to remodel our bathroom now that my kitchen is the extraordinary place they made it for me! This is a very responsible organization, and they do outstanding job. That's not easy to find these days. The owner is experienced, and genuine as well as the team. They do their best to keep the cost down and make a essential home remodeling very reasonable! I will never do business with another construction company as long as Infinity Construction is around.
