Have had I-Step Communications for over 3 years now and love it. Connection is fast, they're super reliable and responsiveness and price are great. Only can hope that wherever we live next will have I-Step Communications as an option.

Got my I-Step Communications installed the other day and it is blazing fast and also comes out to be cheaper and much faster than AT&T U-Verse, which is what I previously had. The technician, Eric Tubman installed my I-Step Communications in about 15 minutes and gave me his card that included his cell number in case I had any questions. So happy to get rid of AT&T and have my blazing fast I-Step Communications!!

Eric came in and helped us quickly and easily installed our lightning speed internet. He was friendly and knowledgeable and even though I obviously know nothing about our system at home, he tried to explain what he was doing for me step by step. The fiance is super psyched about the speed so hopefully everything runs smoothly from here!

I worked with Serge and Jeremy awhile back while having the service installed in one of our buildings. They were amazing in all aspects of the job, besides a small communication gap with one of them. I was extremely disappointed to hear that Jeremy is no longer an employee... which is a major loss to the web pass construction department.

I-Step Communications is incredible! Fast speeds and a breeze to set up. Their customer service blows the big companies away (ie Comcast). Instead of going through prompt after prompt, you're quickly routed to an actual human.
