Rude, commissioned mortgage person that gave my clients bad information . He is arrogant and thinks he knows everything. He is NOT licensed to perform real estate brokerage transactions yet he advises clients without regard to the real estate broker. I am happy to show proof. Additionally, he is a bank employee and not required to go through the tougher standards of a mortgage broker. The reviews he gets are from consumers that may not understand what he is doing.

HSBC bank has closed my account without my consent and without me knowing that they are closing my account. They transferred my money to a third world style bank that has no branch in Bay Area and exist only behind computers where my money is locked and being charged 10 dollars a month without me knowing about it after 12 months. No one is responding to my call and texts and I am not allowed to move my money. I trusted HSBC and this is how they throw your money out and yourself under the bus. Thanks for destroying loyal customers by betraying him and providing zero customer service when in need.

Peter Lee, the Branch Manager and Jason, VP of Premier are great bankers. They can present bespoke solutions for your wealth needs. Add to that HSBC has a global banking network which you can leverage and a great technology platform!

Too bad I could not give 0 star. this is the far worst financial institute in the world. i never had any banks who would constantly lose signature cards, POA so I could not access to my account without going through many steps by physically going to the branch. Now. They closed my account without any notifications and transferEd to another bank. They also lost POA again to transfer so now I have no access to the account. This is not a professional bank institute to any US standard.

After making mobile deposit they locked my account. They said until they can verify the check and bank my account is suspended. With this bank you are guilty until proven innocent. Poor rules.

It was my first visit to the SF location and had a pleasant experience. My teller, Ken, was courteous and helpful. No waiting to get service. Really don't understand all the nasty reviews on Yelp.
