My tax advisor gave me 2022 forms to file my taxes and Ms. Kimura pointed out I needed 2023. I called my Tax advisor and he said I would get them in March. I gave Ms. Kimura authorization to log into my Schwab account and she downloaded my 2023 taxes and prepared my taxes and were approved by the State and IRS. Ms. Kimura is an asset to H&R Block. She helped me tremendously.

I recently had the pleasure of working with H&R Block and my Tax Analysts Kim Jarosz and Kathy Lui, and I must say that it was an amazing experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and their expertise was evident throughout.
Kim and Kathy were extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand my unique situation and provided expert guidance that helped me maximize my tax benefits. They were patient, thorough, and always available to answer my questions. Their attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive.
Overall, I would highly recommend H&R Block and their team of Tax Analysts, especially Kim Jarosz and Kathy Lui. They made the entire tax preparation process stress-free and enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning to them next year. Thank you so much for your exceptional service!

Lisa Chan was absolutely wonderful. I asked for her help based on multiple positive reviews I read online which mentioned her specifically. Thank you to all those people who took the time to mention Lisa, since they helped me find the perfect person to help me.Lisa was extremely knowledgeable, she was more than happy to answer all of my questions, she took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the particulars of the tax filings she prepared for me and she had the most enthusiastic and friendly attitude I could ever have hoped for.This was the first time I needed help preparing taxes, and I will absolutely be going back to Lisa again next year. Everyone else who I met in the West Portal office was super friendly and made sure I was being taken care of promptly.

Anna Tang was great! She was thorough in the way she prepared the tax forms. She patiently resolved any discrepancies between the draft tax forms and the figures in my records. She was easy to work with and quickly grasped the tax issues I was asking about. I plan to ask her to prepare next year's tax forms.
