Amy Titus is incredible. I contacted this office because my taxes had been filed incorrectly. I was connected with Amy who quickly helped me resolve everything. She is super sharp, kind, communicative, and refiled my taxes weeks earlier than I was expecting.
My issue with my taxes was very stressful and I am just really grateful for Amy's help. If you are looking for a tax professional, ask for Amy!! She's amazing.

I had some hopes from this place as the reviews were good on Yelp. However, they proved me wrong. We booked an appointment with Tony Yun Pan and left all our documents with him during our appointment (as he had an appointment with another client right after us). He said it will take him a week to get our taxes done and that he will call us. We waited patiently for one week after which we tried calling him on the number he had provided. No one was answering the call so we had to drive all the way for 20 minutes just to check on him. After asking him in person he told us that he found some discrepancy in my w2 and that he was going to call me regarding the same. I was a bit annoyed that for something like this he just sat on our documents for a week with no progress only to let us know about it when we went and asked him. I told him that I can call my payroll and ask them about this and also send him some of my paystubs if that helps. He just said he doesn't have time for this and returned my documents back. This is so frustrating especially so close to the tax season. Very unprofessional. Least he could do is just call and let us know he cant do it (its fine if he didn't have time but who's going to inform us about it???). Having his phone unreachable doesn't help either. Please stay away if you are looking for some Professionalism.

Shout out to Lisa Dea! I was at my wits end with an e-filing issue and she graciously took me for 2 appointments in the same day. She helped me through every online step until the e-filing was accepted. Lisa is very kind and knowledgeable. H&R block is lucky to have Lisa on their team!
