When checking in, a service fee was charged again. It would be better if this was stated when booking so that there are no unpleasant surprises. Hotel location is very good, the stupid air conditioning is annoying because it keeps turning on and off.

Rooms: Clean, comfortable and large rooms.
Safety: As per all cities, always be vigilant about your surroundings. I felt perfectly safe at Hotel G and its surrounding streets.
Walkability: Close to Powell Street tram car, Union Square and plenty of restaurants, shops and Oracle Park.
