Bea is a real find in Chinatown for reworking existing jewelry or offering new pieces of her own design.

Amazing selection of jewelry for very reasonable prices. Bea Hoang is such a lovely woman and has great pride in her store. Her shop has jewelry with classic stones and also gems/crystals. She has so much artwork available for purchase and I understand they also offer classes. One of the most appealing things to me was that she offers private jewelry making classes, and I even read that they do children's birthday parties for bracelet making!!!! I wish I lived in San Fran to take advantage of the services and Bea's wonderful personality. Funnily enough, I stumbled on this coincidentally store late at night during a trip to San Francisco. Most stores were closed already which was a bummer as I wanted to visit their famous Chinatown. Bea's store was open so I went in and after taking a long look, I began to speak with Bea. She is so charismatic, we spoke for 20 minutes! She was so impressed with my very shabby Cantonese skills and told me I should have visited her earlier in my trip, so she can take me out to Dim Sum! Haha she is so sweet and I really hope anyone reading this can be convinced to visit her. She is #1 on my list when I come back to visit San Francisco! She insisted I take a picture with her and take her business card. I'll be back to visit her!!! :)

Don't trust the labeling on anything in this store, much less most of Chinatown. The scarves are advertised as pashmina, but we found the original manufacturer label that showed everything was just viscose and acrylic. A separate pashmina label was sewn on after the fact. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
