Bought a pair of shorts on a rack that said “15$” but was changed for the original price of 45$. After speaking with the manager she wouldn’t honor the sign. She took down the sign and said “you can return them if you’re not happy with the price.” I returned the shorts and went to Zara, bought better quality shorts for 1/4 of the price.

Horrible staffs! Especially the girl who works in the fitting rooms! She’s super rude ? I had negative experience shopping here and would rather doing the online shopping rather than coming into the store just to get disrespected and mocked by the staffs there in the woman section!

Horrible customer service from shift manager Mel. She has zero customer service skills and makes sure clients lose any desire to come back there. She is miserable inside and definitely hates her job and does not represent with grace the company she works for.

Can't say too many bad things about this store... Good clothes for a good price, and they seemed genuinely surprised when I end up spending a couple hundred dollars. (Oh yeah there you go that's your negative, they profile people, and because I'm young sag My pants and walk around with a backpack on they always follow me around & look at me like I stole something.) It's really irritating amd degrading, but such is the current state of affairs in SF

Just leaving Zara I stepped I spotted H&M a great place to pick up some basics so I thought. Nicely organized I started looking through the clearance within minutes a manager and worker comes around. As I’m looking through the rack the manager instructs the employee to move the rack to avoid violations pulling it away from me whilst I’m looking at it. I actually stopped and waited for them to finish because he kept adjusting the started multiple workers swarming around me like flies because I’m black and have a Zara bag of course I’m a thief! Lol. As a black man it happens often so I’m aware. I tested to see if I was being paranoid but no I wasn’t. The manager followed me around the entire time until I told him I don’t have to steal from no H and damn M. It’s disgusting. I was having such a good day prior to walking in there. I will NEVER purchase a thread from that disgusting company again and will share my experience with everyone I meet that had breath in their lungs. I would suggest working on training your employees but that’s never gonna happen.

Really unpleasant shopping experience. About half of the clothes on display were completely wrinkled. The changing rooms were filthy. Dirt on the floor. I'm not sure how you're supposed to change without putting your feet on the floor which is appalling.I checked out using an H&M gift card and the sales assistant looked like she had never seen one before. And she manually typed in all of the numbers on the card. But only got it right after three attempts.

Extremely rude customer service, won’t be returning to this store again and wish I had spent my money else where. Leaves a really bad image for all H&M stores.
