Great hotel. Extremely well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Excellent housekeeping. Very comfortable bed. I took off one star because of the $57 breakfast. Yes $57 before tip for a bland breakfast! It’s a ripoff.

Location is poor due to all the poverty and homeless people who beg and steal. But overall the hotel is really nice and comfortable with lots of amenities and options to dine from. A very safe hotel inside and spacious. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Great hotel. Great location! We stayed here as a family of 4. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the shopping, food, cable cars etc. the rooms were clean and I enjoyed the decor. Isaac at the front desk was phenomenal!! So friendly, helpful, and patient! We would definitely stay here again.
