Very bad.
Absolutely avoid this agency.
At first they told me that everything was ok, they asked me for my credit card for the security deposit but I received a payment for the entire rental amount, they practically made me redo a new contract telling us that our payment had not been received by them .
At a certain point they tell me that the car I had booked was not available and at most they can offer me a car with a higher value at €30 more per day, I casually refuse and they tell me that they would do a free upgrade. I find myself with a very old car, but tired of the situation I take it and go, but I realize that both the name on the contract and the return date were wrong. I asked for explanations and, annoyed, they literally kicked me out, telling me that their work was done. I had to go to another nearby agency to deliver the car they had given me, and fortunately the managers of the agency, who were mortified, took charge of that car and canceled the contract. I will file a complaint.

Nous avons été reçu par Tony à 8h. A 8h15 nous étions déjà dans notre véhicule. Prise en charge rapide et efficace. Le véhicule était conforme à la demande et très confortable. Nous avons eu une petite frayeur au retour avec le signal du voyant moteur qui s’est allumé mais l’équipe a su nous rassurer à distance.
Le dépôt du véhicule au retour s’est fait en 2min. Je recommande !

Reserved online a gas car for pickup in Daly City Hertz. Was pushed to get an electric car because they were claiming that we don’t have a gas car, and was suggested by one of their staff to go directly to airport to change it and they didn’t. Very awful discussion and behavior from Hertz manager of SFO Airport. Finally, I was lucky to find this place where staff were super nice and helpful with me to exchange it. You have to respect yourself and at least book with a location that will treat you right!

Was told it should be returned full when 7/8 or less of a tank. Staff wouldn't be bothered to help.

Hearts on Ellis not returning deposit and on top of that charging me for license fee, an upgrade indicator? Fuel tx $59.90? Over all have been scammed $229 plus$90 deposit. This is the worst experience I ever had with this company.

They are horrible! They tried to claim I returned my rental damaged and forged my signature on an incident report. If they only took two seconds to look at the pre-inspection photos that they took, it clearly shows the damage was already there. Stop being lazy and do your job! And I'm still waiting for you to email me my receipt. Your company already has a bad reputation for doing some shady stuff. I'm happy to report they didn't get a dime!

I was impressed with all the team members I met during my rental experience with Hertz rental on Elllis. Everyone that works at the Hertz on Ellis was very pleasant and easy to work with.What was great is that each time I needed to speak with a local team member, they always answered the phone right away and was able to resolve my questions right away. They also offered to pick me up and drop me off at the repair shop which was a very nice gesture!

The lady who works at the front desk she’s consistently pleasant and professional, both in person and over the phone. However, I have encountered issues with the male representative I spoke to on several occasions. He tends to provide evasive answers and displays rudeness during our interactions.

Honestly I’ve received the best rental service in a while, probably the best in San Francisco! I had to go around town to find the rental company that offered the car I wanted. Hertz were the only place that had it. Unlimited miles too. They picked me up from the body shop and drove me back after.
