Very happy with the service offered by the agency and the welcome. We drove almost 4000km from San Francisco to Los Angeles without any problems. The check-in was very quick and very clear. The car was as booked. The check-out at Los Angeles airport was also super quick. I recommend

A very good experience. No waiting time, the staff was very friendly. No attempts to sell additional insurance or upgrades. Thank you- I really hate that.
The only contraint was - there were unregistered scratches at the rear bumber. We took photos as evidence. But nobody complained when returning the car at SFO airport.
