Kathy did an absolutely incredible job, I couldn't be happier! My sister and I made my dad an appointment to meet with Kathy and get him a set of earplugs because he is an avid concert goer. I got my ears cleaned and molded here twice over the years. It's the only place in SF I've found that does both a cleaning and a molding in one place, which makes it so much more convenient, and means you only have to set up one appointment. Kathy is very nice, and has been doing this a long time. Definitely recommend it if you need cleaning and/or ear molds taken.

Kathy is an expert audiologist who has done my IEM impressions twice . She exhausts herself with consideration for her clients making sure comfort is #1, as well as her technique is proven. There are quite a few audiologists who overcharge for this procedure , Kathy is priced reasonably and will make 100% sure your ears are clean before the impressions are made. Don't hesitate to go to her, your ears will thank you .
