It's OK @ Urbana, last 3 visits they only accepted cash but you can use our ATM for a fee of $3.50 First time they naturally waived the ATM fee, no problem. The second time today the employees were at best nonchalant, and not happy probably think I'm a cheap skater. It's your effen problem Urbana, fix your card system for fuck sake. If you ask me they are doing on purpose because it's easier to hide cash....auf wiederschnitzel mit ihr alles.

Just discovered the lounge at Urbana. Such a vibe over here. They have a prime selection of kush, dabs, edis and whatever you need. In the back, is the lounge where I smoked the weed I just bought with the Cookie Monster. It is so special and unique. Maybe the Amsterdam of America?? Highly recommend

I came into the lounge for the first time today and I met Angel, AKA Cookie Monster, and I feel like I may have found my new home. Cookie has the strongest work ethic I've ever seen at any establishment I have ever been to within the last 12 years of my life give or take. You are free to browse the products on the shelves on your own, but the staff are super helpful and attentive if you want their help. They've recently opened up a smoking lounge and said they're planning events there.

I love coming here on my way from SF to Marin to shop and also chill in the lounge. They provide a comfortable, fun space and often hold events like Warriors games showings. The people are not pretentious. Highly enjoyable.

Place is always super professional and helpful when in there. The lounge is pretty dope too.
