I want to express my gratitude to my SA Juan, the gentleman who helped my finance choose the engagement ring she loves. We stopped by the store without an appointment but the SF Salon still warmly welcomed us and gave us the best customer service I never received from other luxury brands. The whole purchasing experience was nice and not pushy, and I can feel their dedication for helping customers choosing the items they truly like instead of just closing more deals. The after sales was also a great experience with everyone on the team being so prompt on replying my emails. Kudos to the SF salon team!

I got my 2nd beautiful Harry Winston’s ring at SF location. My first purchasment was from Beverly Hills and we both satisfied with experiences.
Tiffany was my SA and she was very professional and helpful. I learned many advices/tips to care my rings in general. I really value their culture and attitude when it comes to customer’s royalty. My ring shines so bright, can’t take my eyes off the whole time ? I’m happy that I became Harry Winston’s family for the rest of my life!

The best jewels any jewelry company in the world has to offer. Exceptional design, quality and craftsmanship. The staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable about gemstones and are very hospitable. Regardless of what you spend you are treated first class the moment you walk in the door. :) It’s also a very secure salon with lots of security. You will feel safe shopping here. The building itself is beautiful and has a long history. I shop with Rozhin; she’s the best!

I have just purchased a 25000$ ring from HW SF, the size was measured onsite, and it was a rush order since I later travelled to the oversea, after months back, I found they gave me an entirely wrong size ring (1.5 off, not resizable, have to remake), kinda hard to argue with them since you basically gave all the money out and it is out of the 3 months return period.I don't 100% blame on HW on this order, I just trusted them too much, but such big mistake for a high end jewelry shop still deeply disappoints me.My sales Tiffany, she is nice, but made this very big mistake, and took a very long time (>3 weeks) to update that I have to pay for 100% of the remake fee.Taylor, maybe Tiffany's manager, she can't do much, polite but not helpful.Owen, probably the guy I prefer to talk with since you can feel the honest from him, that's just a feeling.Well overall I want to believe this is still the top Jewelry shop but be very careful about your order with them.

Had a wonderful experience at Derco jewelers with Joanna and the owner this past Friday! We were in need of getting my engagement ring, which is an old family ring, restored to its original beauty. The Derco team took excellent care of us and were able to restore the ring while we waited. Big thanks to the team and we will be back for our wedding bands!

I visited this salon for the first time to buy an engagement ring and then several more times to buy wedding bands. Every single visit, the staff has gone above and beyond to make it an amazing experience. I worked largely with Juan for both purchases and he's a blast. Juan knows his jewelry and makes great recommendations. He was very willing to work with us to find the perfect ring(s) without being pushy. Of course, every member of the team also makes the post-purchase period pleasant as well, giving complimentary gifts and being very clear about details like the appraisals / resizings. All of this is on top of the remarkable craftsmanship and detail found in every HW piece. You'd be hard pressed to find something comparable even at other high-end brands.Overall, if you can afford it, I wholeheartedly recommend buying rings from here. You won't be disappointed and you can expect to be getting the very best across the board.

World class jewelry. World class service. The store front is armed by like 4 security before you can even walk in. You must have an appt. You are then ushered into the private and luxurious world of Harry Winston. We sat in a private room, were served Perrier Jouet champagne in fine crystal stemware. No detail is left unnoticed. Baubles of the most exquisite kind were shown to us (for fun!). The sales person was far from a sales type. Zero pressure. You don't negotiate here. If you can afford it, you buy it. You will love you piece and stare at your jewelry everyday reminding yourself you're really glad you persevered on the hamster wheel of life, burning the midnight oil in your 20's and 30's to get to the point of being able to afford something so pretty and sparkly. ;)
