Super cute store! The clerk was super nice and let me in even though I didn't have an appointment. She was very accommodating and helpful and I ended up buying a parasol! The music was also super good (they were playing visual kei) and the clerk told me the name of a great band! Would definitely recommend!!

This place is an adorable little shop with unique lolita and harajuku style clothes and accessories. The ladies who run the shop are very kind and helpful. My niece loves shopping there for very stylish and cute outfits.

great store, i wish there were more stores like this. great selection of gothic lolita and similar styles.. the store has 2 names and on the front will be Angelic Pretty. Inside the store is sort of 2 stores.

Really amazing lolita store with super nice staff! Even when I was indecisive, they were patient with me and understood any complaints I had with a skirt. I ended up purchasing a beautiful dress and they packaged it nicely, easily fitting in my suitcase (and now own a Atelier-Pierrot bag~~) A go-to shop for lolitas who either live near or are traveling to San Francisco!

Wow, what a place. Really enjoyed talking with the staff. We stopped in while visiting San Francisco as my middle child is a huge Lolita fan and this is the only shop she knew of in America. Both of the young ladies working were very engaging (Share a huge love of cats and Disney with my wife).

I had been meaning to stop by this store since I saw it online, and I'm so glad I did! The two girls on staff were very kind, helpful, and were courteous to my whole family, even though I was the only one shopping that day. Harajuku Hearts/Angelic Pretty had so many beautiful pieces on display...if you're a J fashion enthusiast, you're surely find something that tickles your fancy! I ended up only making a single purchase-- a pinafore dress that felt more casual than some of their other items. Be warned, though: come in expected to spend quite a lot, as all of the items they carry are very pricey.

I bought a gorgeous Atelier Pierrot dress from Harajuku Hearts back in 2011. The staff was super kind and wrapped the dress with care. I love that they carry so many Japanese brands. My boyfriend loves Listen Flavor and I love gothic lolita fashion so this store is great! I would love to see Moi-même-Moitié items there in a future if possible!
