Ideal for a quick weekend visit to San Francisco. Rooms were great and spacious, and I had a stunning view of the city. If anything, I spent a solid half an hour trying to figure out how to turn on the lights of the room...

Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay on the 31st floor. Loved the view, quiet room and friendly staffs. Edit: 2 separate stays:one room better than the other.. The service was phenomenal. The employees set it apart from being just another hotel. The first visit the room was lovely. The second room was not as kept up to date but the standards of the service and cleanliness did not waiver.
