Amazing customer service. We received the ring today, and they are just stunning. Thanks to Rosie, she really took her time and effort to make us feel valuable and taken care of. Both me and my husband’s size were out of stock, so we had to get shipped from out of country. Gladly I was updated every single step of the process till the final delivery. Plus the delivery was a week faster than the estimated time! Getting a wedding set was such a long journey to us. After searching and searching and comparing all the options, we finally choose GRAFF, and so glad we did :)

Best experience imagineable buying an engagement ring. Christina Hsu was awesome to work with and did everything she could to make the process fun and stress free. Ring needed to be sent from London before purchase and then back to London to be re-sized. Christina didn't bat an eye. Would go back a million times over.

Very bad experience. The Chinese sales lady Vivian kept asking us budget. And I picked three styles and she only give me two to try because she claims she feels I don’t really like the other one. Also during Covid, she didn’t do any sanitizing throughout the whole process. Just directly take out and directly put back in after I try. I also asked question about different color/clarity for price range, she get super impatient and don’t answer any of my questions. Worst experience ever at Graff, especially after visiting Harry Winston opposite the street where everyone is super nice and patient.

Nothing but phenomenal things to say about Graff and my experience over the past year with my engagement ring. Danielle and Sonia both worked with my husband and I throughout the process... sizing, cleaning etc. I fell in love with Graff years ago and found my engagement ring at the Las Vegas location. Graff SF was able to transfer that exact ring locally... it is to this day the only ring I had ever tried on and the only one I ever asked to have taken out of the case. The craftsmen ship is outstanding and you can truly tell their stones compared to other companies. They are second to none.
